Hello! My name is Jessicah, and I am so proud to serve as the Campus Director at Primrose School of North Scottsdale. I joined Early Foundations, a Primrose operator, in 2025. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Communication from Arizona State University and bring over a decade of experience working with children of all ages.
As both an educator and a wife who dreams of one day enrolling her own children in a school like Primrose, I truly value the importance of creating a safe, nurturing environment where every child can thrive. I believe that building strong, genuine connections with families is the absolute best way to unite a community. Thank you for letting us be a part of your village!

Ms. Perla Robles
Hello! My name is Perla and I am proud to serve as the Assistant Director here at Primrose School of North Scottsdale.
I joined Early Foundations, a Primrose operator, in 2023 with many years of experience in the early childhood education field. I began my journey in childcare as an infant teacher and have continued to grow in my career—serving as a Mentor Teacher, Team Lead, and now as your Assistant Director. In addition to my extensive hands-on leadership, I bring dedicated early childhood training to our school every day!

Mrs. Virginia Petzke
Hello! I am Mrs. Petzke, and I am so grateful to be part of the infant care team at Primrose School of North Scottsdale.
After 31 wonderful years teaching in elementary education, I transitioned to Primrose to follow my passion for early childhood development. Having cherished memories of my own two sons during their baby years, I find so much joy in getting to experience those priceless, everyday milestones again alongside your little ones. Infants are naturally loving, curious, and sweet, and helping them feel safe, nurtured, and celebrated is the best part of my day.

I take immense pride in supporting each child as they reach their next big developmental milestone. Older toddlers bring so much laughter and light into the classroom every single day. Watching them learn, explore, and master new skills is uniquely rewarding. My favorite part of working with children is guiding them as they discover new things, helping them learn and grow, and getting to watch their distinct personalities blossom into who they are meant to be.

Hello! My name is Ms. Sunshine and I am proud to be a Co-Lead Toddler teacher at Primrose School of North Scottsdale.
Just like my name, I work every day to bring sunshine to our classroom and create a deep sense of belonging for every child. Working with our younger toddlers is such a special joy because I get to help infants flourish into confident toddlers—whether that is encouraging them to take steps that will build their leg muscles or chatting with them all day long to help them find their own words and start speaking on their own!
