Our Pre-Kindergarten Classroom
Primrose® introduces and reinforces new information through playful exploration, teacher-guided inquiry and rich discussion as they help foster Active Minds, Healthy Bodies, and Happy Hearts®. Your child will have fun every day as they play and learn important academic skills, social skills and more, because when they are mentally, physically and emotionally ready to learn a skill, they develop mastery.

Mrs. Ayyah

Mrs. George
Hi, my name is Mrs. George, and I was born in Kerala before moving to Minnesota at the age of four. I have been working with children for over 12 years and have developed a deep passion for early childhood education and helping young learners grow. I love creating a warm, supportive, and engaging classroom environment where children feel encouraged to explore, learn, and build confidence every day.
What I enjoy most about teaching is meeting new faces and watching children discover and learn new things each day. Seeing their excitement, curiosity, and personal growth is one of the most rewarding parts of my career. I believe every child deserves patience, encouragement, and meaningful support as they develop socially, emotionally, and academically.
Outside of the classroom, I enjoy spending quality time with my husband of 17 years and our two children. Family is incredibly important to me, and I love bringing the same sense of care, compassion, and connection into my classroom each day.

Mrs. Tip – Private Pre-Kindergarten 2 Lead Mentor Teacher | Primrose School of North Richardson at Lookout
Originally from Thailand, Mrs. Tip holds a degree in education and has been a valued member of the Primrose School of North Richardson at Lookout since its opening in 2020. As one of our founding teachers, she began her journey as the Lead Mentor Teacher in the Early Preschool classroom, bringing her passion and expertise to every student she serves.
In 2024, Mrs. Tip was given the opportunity to lead and mentor in the Private Pre-Kindergarten 2 classroom. She has excelled in classroom management and instructional strategies, creating an engaging and structured environment that promotes both academic and social-emotional growth.
In addition to being an exceptional educator, Mrs. Tip is also a proud Primrose mom to her son, Max. Her dual role as a teacher and parent allows her to deeply connect with families and understand the importance of early childhood education from both perspectives.
Mrs. Tip’s commitment, experience, and leadership make her an invaluable part of our Primrose family.
