We know the first year of life can have a big influence on a child’s success in the years that follow. That’s why teachers in your child’s Infant classroom provide a loving and nurturing environment as they lay the foundation for learning. This includes literacy; communication and vocabulary skills to help your infant better express their needs; gross motor skills and sensory development; and emotional well-being.

Health & Safety
Our school is committed to high standards of safety and cleanliness as we create a caring and nurturing environment where children can thrive.
- Requiring any children or staff with respiratory illness symptoms or fever to return home and stay home until fever free for at least 24 hours
- Frequent disinfecting and sanitizing of high-touch toys
- Frequent handwashing by children and staff, which is embedded in our curriculum and daily staff protocols
- Training teachers on common signs of illness in children, and placing signage in every classroom to keep signs of illness top of mind
- Daily laundering of crib sheets for infants; for older children, individual cots and blankets are provided for each child and laundered weekly
- Ensuring appropriate teacher-student classroom ratios
- Continuous health & safety training for our staff, including first aid and CPR certification
- Maintaining an up-to-date and customized Safe School Plan posted in all classrooms for easy teacher access

Mrs. Mattie
Ms. Getchell is from Nashville, GA as well as Noble, OK. She has been in childcare for 4 years and is eager to learn more. She graduated from Tiff County high school and her favorite food is Mexican. Ms. Getchell loves spending time with her friends on the weekends. Her favorite book is ” I’ll love you forever”, and the Primrose Friend she relates to most is Og the bookworm. Og is all about caring and Ms. Getchell is very caring, and she is excited to watch the kids learn and grow this year. The best way to contact Ms. Getchell would be at pick up time or on the Procare app during the day.
Ms. T
My hometown is Midwest City, Oklahoma. My childcare experience consists of being a private nanny and working with Preschoolers. My favorite food is Mac and Cheese, and my favorite weekend activity is dancing or painting. One of my favorite books is “The Tortoise and the Hare”
The Primrose character I most relate to is Molly the Cow for her respect for others. I am most excited about this year to learn how to be a better teacher and grow with my class.
Ms. Tabitha
My hometown is Ennis, Texas and I have some college under my belt. I have worked in Childcare for over 10 years. My favorite food is Mexican, and, on the weekends, I really love to read and spend time with my family. My favorite children’s book is Dr. Seuss “Cat in the Hat”
I am very excited about learning and getting to know the Primrose way. The primrose character I relate to the most is Benjamin the Bear and Molly the Cow.
Ms. Starr
My hometown is Wayne, Oklahoma, and I have been in Early Childhood for 20 years. I also have my CDA ( Child Development Associate ). On the weekends I like spending time with my family and cooking on the grill. One of my favorite foods to eat is Mexican. My favorite book to read is “ Snow white”
One of the primrose characters I relate to is Erwin the dog who all about friendship. I’m most excited about new beginnings.
Ms. Amber
My hometown is Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and I was born in Altus, Oklahoma. I have been around and working with children for 12 years and I have my Certificate of Mastery. I’m currently enrolled at OCCC getting my Associates Degree. My favorite weekend activity includes hanging with my friends and family as well as going to church. One of my favorite foods to eat is Chicken Alfredo.
The Primrose Character I relate to the most is Og the bookworm who is all about caring. Some of my favorite books are “Goodnight Moon and the very Hungry Caterpillar” I am very excited this year to meet all of the parents and new faces in my class.
