We know the first year of life can have a big influence on a child’s success in the years that follow. That’s why teachers in your child’s Infant classroom provide a loving and nurturing environment as they lay the foundation for learning. This includes literacy; communication and vocabulary skills to help your infant better express their needs; gross motor skills and sensory development; and emotional well-being.

Health & Safety
Our school is committed to high standards of safety and cleanliness as we create a caring and nurturing environment where children can thrive.
- Requiring any children or staff with respiratory illness symptoms or fever to return home and stay home until fever free for at least 24 hours
- Frequent disinfecting and sanitizing of high-touch toys
- Frequent handwashing by children and staff, which is embedded in our curriculum and daily staff protocols
- Training teachers on common signs of illness in children, and placing signage in every classroom to keep signs of illness top of mind
- Daily laundering of crib sheets for infants; for older children, individual cots and blankets are provided for each child and laundered weekly
- Ensuring appropriate teacher-student classroom ratios
- Continuous health & safety training for our staff, including first aid and CPR certification
- Maintaining an up-to-date and customized Safe School Plan posted in all classrooms for easy teacher access

Mrs. Amanda Alexander
Ms. Amanda Alexander is originally from Irving, Texas. She has over 24 years of child care experience. She graduated from Naaman Forrest High School. Ms. Alexander has been with Primrose School of N.E. Green Oaks since 2018. She is currently one of our amazing Infant Teachers. Ms. Alexander’s favorite foods are pasta and cheese! In her spare time she likes to work out and watch movies. Her favorite children’s book is Brown Bear Brown Bear. The Primrose Character that she most relates to is Katie the Cat as we both like to help Primrose Students learn to share and care about each other!
I am excited with each new school year to meet my new babies and to watch them grow and learn. I love it when their faces light up when they discover something new about themselves or their world! – Ms. Alexander!

Savanah De La Rosa
Ms. Savanah De La Rodsa is originally from Grand Prairie, Texas. She comes to Primrose with experience working with young children including infants to 5th graders. She has been with Primrose School since 2024. Ms. De La Rosa is one of our Infant Teachers. Ms. De La Rosa’s favorite food is Mexican Food! On the weekends she enjoys spending time with her family. Her favorite children’s book is Corduroy by Don Freeman. The Primrose Character that she most relates to is Peanut the Pony as their birthdays are three days apart! They also both believe the in importance of honesty!
I am so excited to get to know all my new students and watch them grow and help them to learn all new things!

Rainy Fernandez
Ms. Rainy Fernandez is originally from Garland, TX. Ms. Fernandez comes to us with previous experience working in preschools. She has been with Primrose School of N.E. Green Oaks since 2026. Ms. Fernandez’s favorite food is potatoes. On the weekends she loves to go rock climbing! Her favorite children’s book is Ten Apples on Top by Dr. Seuss. The Primrose Character that she most relates to is Peanut the Pony because they both value honesty. They both believe that honesty builds trust especially when working with kids.
I get so excited every new school year to meet all my new students! I love watching them learn and grow. I can’t wait to demonstrate how to be kind and understanding individual.

Aaliyah Sills
Ms. Aliyah Sills s is originally from New Orleans, Louisiana. Ms. Sills has worked with children for the last 5 years as a babysitter and lifeguard. She has been with Primrose School of N.E. Green Oaks since 2026. Ms. Sills will be an afternoon Infant Teacher. Ms. Sill’s favorite food is Gumbo! On the weekends she loves to go shopping and hang with friends and family! Her favorite children’s book is Llama Llama red Pajama by Anna Dewdney! The Primrose Character that she most relates to is Molly the Cow as they both adore creating a positive classroom and social environment!
