Health & Safety

Our school is committed to high standards of safety and cleanliness as we create a caring and nurturing environment where children can thrive.

Requiring any children or staff with respiratory illness symptoms or fever to return home and stay home until fever free for at least 24 hours
Frequent disinfecting and sanitizing of high-touch toys
Frequent handwashing by children and staff, which is embedded in our curriculum and daily staff protocols
Training teachers on common signs of illness in children, and placing signage in every classroom to keep signs of illness top of mind
Daily laundering of crib sheets for infants; for older children, individual cots and blankets are provided for each child and laundered weekly
Ensuring appropriate teacher-student classroom ratios
Continuous health & safety training for our staff, including first aid and CPR certification
Maintaining an up-to-date and customized Safe School Plan posted in all classrooms for easy teacher access

Kilie Morton

Toddler Teacher

Ms. Kilie is 21 years old and she enjoys working with children. She loves the fact that they soak in everything you tell them. She found Primrose through her mom. She would come home talking about someone she worked with, and his daughter went to Primrose and loved it. That is when Kilie started looking into it. She has enjoyed working here so far and is looking forward to a bright future!

Mrs. Tamina

Support Teacher

Mrs. Tamina grew up in Uzbekistan. She has two boys and a little girl. She loves to spend her free time with her children. They enjoy going to new places, walking the parks, traveling to visit their family and friends, reading together, and decorating their house. Tamina is so excited to be a part of the Primrose family!

Harmony and Heart

Our young toddlers took turns making music. They sang their tonal patterns while playing them on the xylophone with their teacher!

Wonder Time

Our young toddlers are learning about all things green! They are coloring with the color green and finding different items in their classroom that are green too!

Our young toddlers are learning how to march and move across the grass outside on the playground. Our toddlers love to push the walker fast across the space!

Circle Time

During circle time, our toddlers talked about rain. They sang a song about puddles and how they can hop in them!

The Toddlers are working on their gross motor skills by moving the large muscles in their body. They are marching around the space while playing "Follow the Leader" with Mrs. Beth!

Toddler Sign Language

Primrose is teaching our students about different way to communicate in the toddler classroom. While the child and Mrs. Tamina are coloring for Early Art Masters, Mrs. Tamina is asking the student if she wants more crayons.

Circle Time

In our toddler room, they are reading a story about different shapes during circle time. They later took turns putting shapes into a sorter.

Wonder Time

In our toddler classroom, we enjoyed shining a light on a toy to look at its shadow. We looked at the outline and played a matching game with shadow cards after our experiment! 🔦

Early Art Masters

Our toddler students are learning that painting can have many different techniques! They are dabbing the paint with a non-standard painting utensil!

Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Day

To commemorate Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Day, each classroom selected a unique approach to honor his legacy. Some classes opted to create individual portraits, while others chose to design group murals. Each class engaged in a discussion of his iconic message, “I have a Dream… Little black boys and little black girls will be able to join hands with little white boys and little white girls as sisters and brothers.” We are celebrating the diversity of our Primrose family on this special holiday.
