Our Early Preschool Classroom

Many 2-year-olds want to do everything by themselves. And why not? It’s their way of experimenting and learning to understand the world. Early Preschool teachers provide a safe, nurturing environment where your child can explore and stretch their talents to the fullest all while building self-confidence. Your child will have fun every day as they play and learn important academic skills, social skills and more.

Health & Safety

Our school is committed to high standards of safety and cleanliness as we create a caring and nurturing environment where children can thrive.

  • Frequent disinfecting and sanitizing of high-touch toys
  • Frequent handwashing by children and staff, which is embedded in our curriculum and daily staff protocols
  • Training teachers on common signs of illness in children, and placing signage in every classroom to keep signs of illness top of mind
  • Daily laundering of crib sheets for infants; for older children, individual cots and blankets are provided for each child and laundered weekly
  • Ensuring appropriate teacher-student classroom ratios
  • Continuous health & safety training for our staff, including first aid and CPR certification
  • Maintaining an up-to-date and customized Safe School Plan posted in all classrooms for easy teacher access

Lead Early Preschool Teacher

Hi, I’m Miss Karen!

I’ve been working with children for over 10 years, and I truly love what I do. Each say is a new adventure because kids are so wonderfully unpredictable! I enjoy engaging in different activities and watching my students grow and learn.

I speak both English and Spanish, and outside of the classroom, I love spending time with my two daughters and my amazing husband.

One of my favorite children’s books is Don’t Push the Button by Bill Cotter!

See you in the classroom!

Hi! I’m Miss Leanna.

I’ve worked with children of various ages for quite some time. I enjoy creating fun and safe environments where kids can feel comfortable expressing themselves. I love helping them learn and grow.

One of my favorite things about working with children is seeing their personalities develop and watching how excited they get every time they learn something new.

I absolutely love Horton Hears a Who?-  or really any Dr. Seuss book! I chose this one specifically because it’s not only fun and imaginative, but it also teaches a great lesson on empathy and respect for others.

In my free time, I enjoy being out in nature and going on spontaneous adventures to NYC. I also love trying new foods and listening to music- it helps me navigate my emotions and feel inspired. I also enjoy long car rides and experiencing the world!

Hello, I’m Miss Breanna!

I have been a teacher’ assistant for six months, and I truly enjoy helping children be creative, learn, and grow. It’s so rewarding to watch their imaginations come to life as they explore new ideas.

In my free time, I love reading, cross-stitching, photography, and spending time with my friends and family.

My favorite children’s books are The Rainbow Fish and This Little Artists!

Our family would love to meet yours.
