Kayla Sapara
Kayla Sapara has been an invaluable member of the Primrose Schools family since 2021. With a Bachelor of Science in Education, Kayla began her career in 2020 with Strongsville City Schools and her commitment to fostering the growth of young minds led her to Primrose Schools, where she started as a Preschool teacher and moved to become a Pre-K teacher.
Her ability to create an engaging, supportive, and dynamic learning environment led to a seamless transition into leadership within the Primrose community. As a leader, Kayla brings a strong foundation in education, paired with a deep understanding of the unique needs of both children and educators. She strives to foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and growth, ensuring every child receives the care, attention, and learning experiences they need to thrive.
Kayla’s passion for education is reflected in her daily work, her connections with children and families, and her ongoing efforts to contribute to the success of Primrose Schools. Her dedication to the development of both students and her colleagues makes her an integral part of the Primrose family.

Sierra Grays
What started as a volunteer opportunity in 2018 has grown into a career that fills my heart with purpose, joy, and the sweetest little giggles! Since entering the field professionally in 2021 I have earned my CDA credential with a special focus in Preschool education and gained experience working with all age groups serving as a lead teacher and even a center director! Each experience has shaped the educator and leader I am today, reassuring my passion for early education, and my commitment to creating a place where children, families, and teachers feel loved and supported! I am so proud of our school and feel so fortunate to have found my home here at Primrose Medina! I believe that the heart of a great school lies in the little things, the extra moments of comfort, the celebration of milestones, the kindness shared, and the relationships built with students, families, and fellow educators. Even on the most whirlwind of days, these moments remind me why this work matters so much! I strive to lead with kindness, grace, and passion. I am always here with a helping hand and a listening ear! Being trusted with your little blessings is something I will never take for granted, and I am so grateful to be a part of their journey as they learn and grow! When I’m not a school you can usually find me with my sweet pit bull pup Hotch! He keeps my heart full and my clothes decorated with fur! My favorite things include Fall days, all things spooky, animals, art, shopping trips, skin care, and of course a ginger apple red bull! I truly believe a life we love is a life that’s been lived! I choose to find joy in small things, lead with love, and show kindness at every opportunity! I am so incredibly grateful to be a part of this family and look forward to making a meaningful difference in the lives of our children, families, and teaching team each day!

Meet the Owners
Neha and Kanak
Meet Neha Dayakar and Kanak Chatterjee – the proud franchise owners of Primrose School of Medina and Primrose School of Strongsville. They are very excited to bring the Primrose brand of premiere early childhood education and care to the families in the Medina community. Having lived here since 2004 and with both their sons born here, they are proud to call Cleveland home.
As full-time working parents, they are very aware of the challenges that families face while seeking premium quality childcare. Their two boys, were in preschools from the time when they were 12 weeks old, all the way through Pre-K. This gave them the unique opportunity to experience different childcare providers as needs evolved, and as Primrose parents, Neha and Kanak experienced firsthand the positive impact this had on the children as they were guided through a safe and nurturing, learning environment. Primrose’s Balanced Learning curriculum empowered the teachers to focus more time on developing the children’s curiosity, creativity, confidence, and compassion, and less time on worrying about coming up with a plan on what to teach daily.
Having grown up in different parts of the world and being exposed to different cultures and education systems, they feel strongly about the values and outcomes of a solid foundation for our children’s generation. There is more to education than just academics, and they firmly believe in extending such opportunities within the communities of Strongsville and Cleveland. As such, the Primrose School of Medina is committed to delivering a high-quality experience to prepare your children for a bright and prosperous future.
They look forward to meeting with you and welcoming you to the Primrose family!
