Our Toddler Classroom
An action-packed day full of fun and purposeful play helps toddlers develop Active Minds, Healthy Bodies, and Happy Hearts®. We know 1-year-olds are constantly on the move, exploring and learning through play at every turn. Primrose teachers use that energy and enthusiasm to foster cognitive, social, emotional and physical skills through engaging games and activities.
Nurturing Active Minds, Healthy Bodies, and Happy Hearts

Our Toddler Classroom Teachers & Staff

Ms. Nicole Richmond
Nicole Richmond joined the Primrose family in 2024 and brings a unique perspective as both an educator and a parent. A certified dental assistant by training, Nicole discovered her love for childcare after becoming a mom and finds joy in supporting toddlers through their exciting, ever-changing developmental stages.
Nicole is the proud mom of a spirited daughter and two lovable dogs. She’s currently considering a career shift into radiology technology — proving that growth and curiosity don’t end in childhood! Her humor and authenticity shine through in everything she does.
Her favorite puppet is Molly the Cow, and she values the well-balanced curriculum and nurturing environment Primrose offers. Nicole loves watching toddlers grow into their personalities and being a part of the joyful chaos of discovery.

Ms. Tiffany Williams
Ms. Tiffany is a wonderful part of our team, supporting classrooms throughout the school and helping create a positive, nurturing environment for all of our children. She is passionate about helping children grow, learn, and build confidence, and loves being a part of their everyday experiences.
She brings patience, care, and consistency into each classroom she supports, always focused on making sure every child feels safe, valued, and encouraged. One of her favorite parts of working with children is watching their personalities shine and seeing those special “lightbulb moments” when something new clicks.
Ms. Tiffany is currently pursuing a degree in Forensic Science at the University of Cincinnati and continues to bring that same dedication and drive into her work each day.
Outside of school, she enjoys painting, spending time with her family, and focusing on her personal and professional goals. She also celebrates traditions like Christmas and Dia de los Reyes, and values time spent together with loved ones.
