Our Early Preschool Classroom
Many 2-year-olds want to do everything by themselves. And why not? It’s their way of experimenting and learning to understand the world. Early Preschool teachers provide a safe, nurturing environment where your child can explore and stretch their talents to the fullest all while building self-confidence. Your child will have fun every day as they play and learn important academic skills, social skills and more.

Our Early Preschool Classroom Teachers & Staff

Ms. Pat Collins
Pat Collins has been a cherished part of the Primrose family since 2005. With a wealth of experience and a heart for young children, Pat has spent years guiding Early Preschool students through key moments of growth and discovery.
Outside the classroom, Pat enjoys spending time with her family — especially during Friday night card games, a tradition filled with laughter and connection. As a mother and grandmother, she brings deep understanding, patience, and joy to her role.
Her favorite puppet is Libby the Lamb, and she treasures the opportunity to teach music, create art, and build relationships with the children and their families. For Pat, Primrose is not just a workplace — it’s home.

Ms. Robin Caldwell
Robin Caldwell has been a dedicated educator for over 35 years, working with children between the ages of 2 and 6. Since joining Primrose in 2005, she has shared her wealth of knowledge, gentle approach, and passion for teaching with countless young learners and their families.
A lifelong local, Robin comes from a family of five sisters and shares a home with one of them. She’s a proud aunt to six and is soon to become a great-aunt — a title she’s very excited to hold! Robin is also deeply involved in her church, where she teaches, supports the nursery, and serves on the prayer team.
Her favorite puppet is Ally the Bunny, and she appreciates the thoughtful benefits and supportive culture that Primrose offers its staff. Robin finds true joy in watching children thrive and building lasting friendships with her fellow teachers.

Ms. Haley Pfeiffer
With four years of childcare experience, Haley Pfeiffer joined Primrose in 2024 and has quickly become a nurturing and encouraging presence in the Toddler classroom. As the oldest of three siblings, Haley has always felt called to work with children and finds joy in helping little ones explore their world.
Outside of school, Haley loves receiving sweet compliments from families and watching the children she teaches light up with excitement and pride. Her dedication and gentle nature help each child feel supported and celebrated.
Her favorite puppet is Megy the Pig, and she treasures the family-like atmosphere at Primrose — where children are excited to come each day and teachers are empowered to make a difference.

Ms. Mayci Elliott
Ms. Mayci joined Primrose after spending over a year working with children and discovering her passion for early learning. She is excited to support children as they grow and develop and is dedicated to creating a classroom environment where every child feels safe, comfortable, and confident each day.
One of Ms. Mayci’s favorite things about working with children is seeing their excitement as they reach new milestones. Her favorite children’s book to share is The Pigeon Finds the Dog, and her favorite holidays are Thanksgiving and Christmas. She enjoys celebrating family traditions such as holiday dinners.
Outside of the classroom, Ms. Mayci enjoys going to the gym, shopping, trying new foods, watching sports, and spending time with family. At home, she has a dog named Scout and a bearded dragon named Odessa. She looks forward to building strong relationships with her students and supporting their learning journey every day.
