Mrs. Kelly
Hi, I’m Ms. Kelly and I joined the Primrose School of Mansell in 2021. I started with approximately 14 years of childcare experience in various roles. I’ve spent time as a nanny, camp counselor, a teacher, and now as an Education Coach and loved each position in different ways. I chose to work in childcare and a preschool because taking care of others has always come naturally to me, and children are always fun to be around. As adults, we can learn so much from a child. I am originally from Bridgeport, Connecticut and graduated with my Bachelors in English from Southern Connecticut State University. I currently live in Alpharetta with my husband and our two children. Our son attends the Private Pre-K program here at Primrose, and our daughter attends the Toddler program. I enjoy spending time going on nature walks, trying new foods and restaurants, traveling, making art, and vlogging. I’m excited to meet your child!

Franchise Owners
Clarissa and Jeff Palhegyi
We are Clarissa and Jeff Palhegyi, the proud owners of Primrose School of Mansell Road. We are beyond excited to be a part of the Primrose family and to share this amazing school with the Alpharetta community. Our love of family and commitment to our community leads us to excitedly pursue this new venture.
Prior to becoming Primrose franchise owners, we are both graduates from San Diego State University and share collectively 50 years of business ownership experience. Relatively new to Atlanta, Georgia, Clarissa comes from a background in arts education, operating one of the largest and most reputable ballet schools in Southern California. Jeff enjoys a storied career in the motorsports industry, forging a successful prototype design and engineering business.
Our greatest enjoyment outside of Primrose is the time we spend with our family. We are proud parents of two lovely young adult men, both who share our love of artistry and design and work in those fields respectively. We are also the parents to two fur babies who provide us immense fun and joy. On any given day, you can find us on our boat at the lake or at the ballfield. (We certainly love our baseball!)
Soon after relocating to Atlanta, we found ourselves looking for a career where we could work together as a team, and make a lasting difference in children’s lives. When an opportunity arose to become owners of a Primrose school, we jumped at the chance. We are so familiar with the “family business” model and we could not be prouder of the decision we made to become part of the Primrose family of schools.
We continue to be impressed and amazed by Primrose’s outstanding approach to education, the accredited curriculum, enrichment, and character development programs. We believe in importance of early literacy and are proud of our Primrose Schools partnerships with many local and national non-profit organizations.
We welcome you and look forward to a long and continued relationship, bound in the collective desire to educate our children in a welcoming, nurturing community.
