Health & Safety
Our school is committed to high standards of safety and cleanliness as we create a caring and nurturing environment where children can thrive.
- Requiring any children or staff with respiratory illness symptoms or fever to return home and stay home until fever free for at least 24 hours
- Frequent disinfecting and sanitizing of high-touch toys
- Frequent handwashing by children and staff, which is embedded in our curriculum and daily staff protocols
- Training teachers on common signs of illness in children, and placing signage in every classroom to keep signs of illness top of mind
- Daily laundering of crib sheets for infants; for older children, individual cots and blankets are provided for each child and laundered weekly
- Ensuring appropriate teacher-student classroom ratios
- Continuous health & safety training for our staff, including first aid and CPR certification
- Maintaining an up-to-date and customized Safe School Plan posted in all classrooms for easy teacher access

Ms. Dagny
My name is Dagny and I have lived in Colorado my whole life. I have 3 years of child care experience and I have always loved working with children! It makes my day to make them laugh. In my free time I love playing and watching sports, and spending time with my family and friends who are the most important thing to me!
Ms. Sarah
I was born in Texas and grew up in a small town with my parents and three siblings. After graduating from high school, I attended the University of North Texas, where I earned my Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education in 2022. In 2023, my husband and I moved to Colorado so he could pursue his doctorate at CU Boulder. We have absolutely fallen in love with Colorado and all that it has to offer! Outside of the classroom, I love exploring everything this beautiful state has to offer and making new memories with my husband. I fell in love with early childhood education because I truly enjoy watching children learn, grow, and explore the world around them. It is so rewarding to see their excitement when they discover something new, and I feel incredibly lucky to be a part of those special moments. I look forward to creating a fun, welcoming, and nurturing environment where every child feels encouraged to learn and be themselves!
Keagyn Dusenberry
I was born in Iowa and spent my early childhood on a farm before moving to Colorado at the age of seven. I have three years of experience as a gymnastics coach where I worked closely with toddlers and preschoolers. Since graduating from high school, I have been pursuing a career in Early Childhood Education. Outside of the classroom, I enjoy traveling and spending time with friends.
Ms. Myah
I was born and raised in Colorado Springs. I moved to Hawaii and attended the Hawaii Pacific University, where I earned my Bachelors of Arts in Psychology. I come from a long line of teachers, which has inspired me to become an educator myself. before Primrose, I have been a private nanny, a dance teacher, a gymnastics coach, and a registered behavioral technician. All of these pathways have led me to my passion: Childhood Development. Outside of work, I love to explore the outdoors, bake, and craft.
