Celebrating 15 Years of Partnership with Families!
Bill and Gayla Clark, originally from Rochester, NY, relocated to the South to be closer to their grandchildren, two of whom were thriving at Primrose School of Sprayberry in Marietta, GA. When their eldest grandchild began elementary school, Bill and Gayla saw firsthand the remarkable advantages of a Primrose education. He was more than ready for Kindergarten, and that experience sparked a vision.
Inspired by the impact of the Balanced Learning approach, Bill and Gayla, along with their daughters Margaret and Rebecca, set out to bring the same high-quality early education to families in the Mountain Brook and Vestavia area. In 2010, their dream became a reality with the opening of Primrose School at Liberty Park.
The Clark family’s commitment to early childhood education is deeply personal. Three of their grandchildren have attended Primrose Schools: Jackson and Marybeth at Sprayberry, and Allison at Liberty Park. Today, Jackson is pursuing his Master’s in Management at the University of Alabama, while Marybeth and Allison are undergraduate students at the University of Alabama and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, respectively. Each of them began their academic journey with a strong Primrose foundation, and it has made a lasting difference.
For 15 years, the Clarks have proudly partnered with Birmingham-area families to provide innovative, high-quality early childhood education and childcare services. They look forward to welcoming you to the Primrose family!
