Our Preschool Pathways Classroom
Our Preschool Pathways program provides a “bridge” between our Early Preschool and Preschool classrooms for children whose birthdays will ultimately miss the cutoff date for kindergarten entrance. By identifying those children early, we can help them stay with a consistent group of peers through preschool, pre-K and kindergarten.

Alyssa Salcido
Hello! My name is Alyssa and I am thrilled to be a part of the Primrose of Lantana team! I have worked in childcare since 2017 working with littles as old as the age of 4 all the way down to sweet infants. I have lived in the Denton area for 6 years and have loved every second of it!
I enjoy spending any free time that I have with my family, reading a good book, and cooking. I have a 4 year old son and infant daughter with my husband. Growing up with 4 brothers ( 3 being younger than me) I always knew that I loved taking care of littles.
I can’t wait to see how wonderful each and everyone of your children grow and blossom at Primrose School Of Lantana!

Kim Wilkinson
Hello! My name is Kim Wilkinson and I am so excited to be part of the Primrose family. I have 6 years of teaching experience, two spent in Elementary Education and four in Early Childhood Education. On top of my teaching experience I have 5 children of my own, three beautiful daughters and two amazing sons. As you can see, children have always been a passion of mine. I absolutely love getting to watch each child grow, figure out who they are as an individual, and develop a love of learning! Getting to be part of this is such a joy and a real privilege.

Dana Merlin
Hi! My name is Dana Merlin and I am so excited to be a part of the Primrose family. I love children and watching them grow into unique and wonderful individuals. I am originally from California and was a dance teacher. Teaching and dancing with the kids was such a great experience, which led me to working in childcare. When I moved to Dallas, I started working in childcare, and found that it brought me so much joy and fulfillment; more than any job I’ve had before. During my 2 years in childcare, I worked with children from infancy to school age. I also love spending time with my many nieces and one little nephew. I enjoy and find peace being in nature, gardens, and exploring water areas, like lakes and rivers. I also love chocolate; anything that has chocolate, like cookies, cupcakes, or in coffee, and I’m a sucker for cheesy jokes! I am looking forward to being a part of Primrose of Lantana, meeting the parents and getting to know each child and watching them grow and thrive.
