Hello, I am Mrs. Megan Stauffer, and I am the Vice President of Operations for N&E Learning. I graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Development and Family Studies. I have been in a leadership position with Primrose for the last fourteen years. I was previously an Education Coach, Assistant Director, School Director, Regional Director, and most recently, Executive Director for our schools. Before that, I was a Pre-Kindergarten Teacher and loved the Primrose philosophy. I now have my own little one who attends our schools.

My role supports the schools to ensure school excellence, compliance, training, and policy. I am so happy to begin a new Primrose journey as the Vice President of Operations.

Hello! My name is Brie Roman, I earned my degree in Early Childhood Education from Marshall University. I’ve worked in the early childhood field since 2006 and have always been passionate about building strong school communities where children, families, and staff can thrive. My husband and I are proud parents of twin toddler boys and two teenage daughters, so there’s never a dull moment at our house! In my free time, I love cheering on my daughters at volleyball and softball games and spending time with family and friends. I’m excited to continue learning and growing with Primrose while supporting schools in making a meaningful impact.

Hi, I’m Lindsay Wells and I am so excited to be a part of the Primrose Management Team! I joined the Primrose team in June of 2015 and spent a little over two years as the Preschool 2 teacher before assuming the role of Administrative Coordinator in February of 2018. After spending a few years in that role I was excited for the opportunity to become Assistant Director in May of 2022. In December of 2022, I assumed the role of Director. I graduated from Capital University with a degree in Early Childhood Education and have over 20 years of experience in the Early Childhood field. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my husband and three children, and I love to relax with a good book! I look forward to building trusted relationships with each and every one of our families.

Hi, my name is Cody Lewallen and I am the School Assistant Director here at Primrose Hilliard West. My role supports all school daily operations. I attended college in Tennessee where I studied Elementary Education. I have 10+ years of experience in the education field, working with students of all ages. I joined Primrose Schools in 2017 as a Kindergarten teacher and moved to Primrose Hilliard West in 2019. I was honored to become part of the management team in 2021. Hello! My name is SarahLynne Glann and I’m honored to be part of the management team at the Primrose School of Hilliard West. I joined Primrose in November of 2014 as a full-time Preschool Pathway teacher. In January of 2023, I assumed the role of Administrative Coordinator. I have a degree in Early Childhood Education with a focus on Administration. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my husband and two children (ages 8 and 5). Hi there! My name is Jena Kish, and I am the Education Coach here at the Primrose School of Hilliard West. I have my Bachelor’s Degree in Human Development & Family Science, with a focus on Early Childhood Education from THE Ohio State University, as well as my Associate’s Degree in Psychology from Cincinnati State. I have been in the Early Childcare field for 20 years now, teaching and caring for all age groups. I have enjoyed being a part of this amazing school for the last 12 years. I began as a PreK teacher back in 2013 here and am so excited to have joined the management team recently to exercise my knowledge and skills in this wonderful career. I love working with small children in and out of the classroom, & watching them light up with excitement as they learn and develop new concepts everyday. Outside of school I enjoy a good book, live music, and spending time with my family exploring our local community together. For three years, I have worked in various daycare settings and for another three years, was a private nanny. I feel blessed for getting the opportunity to work with your children.
