Working here for the past three years has been nothing short of a true blessing. The connections I’ve built with the children fill my heart with so much joy every single day. The smiles, the hugs, and the excited shouts of “Ms. Cambriaaaa or BRIAAAAA!” are truly the reason I show up with a full heart. Knowing that I’ve made an impact on these children’s lives means more to me than words can fully express. It reassures me that the work I do leaves a mark that will last far beyond these early years. I strive to continue creating that lasting impact with every child I meet; to be someone who makes them feel safe, loved, and excited to come to school each day. Starting as a teacher in the infant room and growing into the role of Operations Manager has been such a meaningful journey. It has allowed me to stay closely connected with both families and children, watching them grow and celebrate each milestone from 6 weeks to 5 years old. Seeing my very first group of children now graduating Pre-K is incredibly emotional for me. Watching how much they’ve grown, and knowing they still light up with excitement when they see me, is a feeling I will always carry with me. It reminds me exactly why I do what I do.
