Hi!  I’m Ms. Ashlea and I’m so excited to join the leadership team here at Primrose Greenwood!!  My husband, son, and I moved to the area from Denver a year ago and have been a Primrose family for the past 4 years.  As a family, our favorite things are playing outside, swimming in our pool and visiting the Children’s Museum.  I earned my B.S. in Educational Psychology and M. Ed. In Educational Leadership while I was serving in the Army and also have certificates in Culinary and Pastry Arts.  From teaching to military logistics to running a culinary school and being the Executive Chef at one of the nation’s largest children’s hospitals, I’ve been teaching and leading teams for over 20 years.  I joined the Primrose Greenwood team in September as a co-teacher in the Older Toddler classroom and have loved every minute of it.  Whether I’ve been in classrooms or kitchens throughout my career, my favorite thing is to help others to learn and grow.

As the Director of Education, I’ll be supporting our staff in implementing their daily lessons and planning for all of the amazing learning that happens in our classrooms each day.  I’ll also be the connection between our families and our curriculum, helping you to bring the learning into your home as well.  One of my favorite parts of being #PrimroseProud is getting to know you and your families.  I can’t wait to dive in to this new role and spend time in all of our classrooms each day.  I’ve seen firsthand with my son just how amazing Primrose Schools are and I am so happy to be able to help bring that to your families as well.

Hi! I’m Ashley Duran and I am blessed and excited to be joining the leadership team at Primrose School of Greenwood. I have been back in Indiana for about 5 years now with my daughter, son and fur baby after being in Arizona for 3 years. I was born and raised in the Bronx, New York where most of my family still resides. I enjoy tending to my plants, reading, relaxing and spending quality time with my friends and family. I obtained my Bachelors Degree in Business Administration and Spanish as Spanish is my first language. I am currently working on my MBA with a concentration in Healthcare Administration to further my education in leadership as well as learning the business side of being a Doula in the healthcare field. I have been in the childcare field for about 4.5 years and my favorite thing about working with children is  their natural curiosity and being able to witness their developmental milestones. I enjoy seeing children grow in confidence and express their honesty and unique personalities. It’s truly rewarding to support them as they learn and discover the world around them, it’s what makes this work meaningful! 

! Hello families, my name is Cassie! A little about me is I’m married and combined we have 4 kids! We are big family people so we spend a lot of our free time with our families, cooking out and playing games! I have officially mastered playing the game cornhole! I have worked in childcare 18+ years from every age group to leadership roles. Childcare is my biggest passion and being able to provide an environment conducive to growing and learning to their full capacity. I’m excited for the opportunity here at Primrose; to build relationships with each child and to watch them grow!

Hello families, my name is Christine. I have 6 plus years of experience in childcare and teaching. I love working with children because I enjoy seeing their natural curiosity and their joy in learning as well as when they are experiencing something new. In my personal time I love to read, exercise and spend time outside with my kids. I am excited to be a part of the Primrose School of Greenwood family!

Hello families, my name is Isabelle! I have been in childcare and teaching for a year now and love watching the children grow, hit milestones and bloom into their own little personalities. During my personal time I like to listen to different genres of music and play video games. I also like to draw and work on crocheting blankets all while spending time with my fiance over the weekend while we go to dinner. I am excited to be a part of the Primrose School of Greenwood family! 

Hello families! My name is Rachel and I have 13 years teaching Special Education and Behavior Interventions. On the other hand, I have 3 months of childcare experience. I received my Masters Degree in ELA/ABA Therapy/Special Education at Ball State University. I love watching children meet all of their individualized goals and growth milestones. Seeing their personalities blossom throughout the year! During my personal time I like to spend a lot of time with my family and friends, listening to country music, hiking, camping and hanging out in my pool during the summer. I am excited to be a part of the Primrose School of Greenwood team where I can build relationships with the children and families.

Children have a way of surprising you in ways you would not think would be possible. During my personal time, I like to shop, take mini trips and spend time with my family. Hello families! My name is Heather and I have 7 years of experience in childcare education and teaching. I have completed some classes in college that focus on social work and psychology. I absolutely love getting to know the kids and creating a bond with them. Getting the privilege to watch each and every child learn and start to develop their own unique personalities and quirks. During my personal time I like to stay home and spend quality time with my significant other and cat Olive! Aside from that, I enjoy reading, playing video games, journaling, crafting, cooking and baking. I am glad to be a part of the Primrose School of Greenwood family!

Hi families, my name is Taylor. I have 10 years of experience in childcare education and teaching. My favorite thing about working with children is seeing their fine and gross motor skills develop! Especially speech and cognitive skills. In my personal time, I love snuggling with my 4 pets while watching cringy movies. I have tons of plants that I care for and I love to read. My favorite thing about working with children is watching them grow and learn new things, seeing them progress so much during their time in my class. Hello families, my name is Sydney L and I have 4 years of experience in childcare education and teaching. I have a Bachelor of Arts in English from Franklin College. My favorite thing about working with children is there are so many rewarding aspects of working with them, but I have to say one of my favorites is helping children reach milestones. I love the relationships that I have the opportunity to build, both with the students and their parents! In my personal time I love to read books. Hello families! My name is Maddy and I have 8 years of experience in childcare and teaching. I love watching children grow over the years and knowing you had an impact on their growth when reaching milestones. During my personal time I like to spend it with my family. We do a lot of demolition derbies during the summer time as this is something I grew up doing with my family. Therefore, I am excited to introduce my daughter to that experience and tradition. My favorite thing about working with children is watching their development. Whether that be their personalities coming out, or them finally getting their letter sounds down. I love watching the growth! In my free time, you can find me spending time with my puppy and going to all the fun markets and events in Franklin. It is a joy to hear them tell me later on what they have learned from what we have discussed in class every week! During my personal time I love spending time with my son and husband. We enjoy going on shopping trips to find Monster Jam trucks and just drive around in our jeep. I am happy to be part of the Primrose School of Greenwood family!

I love helping children develop their own love for learning as well as teaching them how to read and write. Hello, my name is Taryn Cook. I am a sophomore at Franklin College and am studying elementary education. My favorite season is summer, I love being in the sun. I love to read. I am excited to be working with children to further my childhood education skills.

Hello families! My name is Lindsay and I have over 15 years of experience in childcare education and teaching. I was an elementary school teacher for 10 plus years and I am also the owner of Slumber U Sleepovers. I love watching children grow and adapting to their surroundings through exploration and creativity. I love teaching them and watching them develop new skills while being able to express their personalities. During my free time I enjoy binge watching tv series and going out to eat. I am currently a student at Franklin College of Indiana pursuing an undergraduate degree in elementary education and behavioral psychology. I love building relationships with children and being an advocate for even the littlest of voices! During my free time I enjoy writing and currently am on my second novel. I also like to paint, read and binge watch tv shows. I am glad to be part of the Primrose School of Greenwood family!

Hello families, my name is Grace. I have over 5 years of experience in childcare and 2 years working as a teacher assistant at a public school for special education. I have many favorite things about working with children but one of my main reasons is being able to build positive relationships with my students and creating that safe and supportive environment for them. Seeing them go home happy and excited to come back to school the next day. In my personal time I love to hangout with my two kids and be outside. I am happy to be part of the Primrose School of Greenwood family!
