Health & Safety
Our school is committed to high standards of safety and cleanliness as we create a caring and nurturing environment where children can thrive.
- Requiring any children or staff with respiratory illness symptoms or fever to return home and stay home until fever free for at least 24 hours
- Frequent disinfecting and sanitizing of high-touch toys
- Frequent handwashing by children and staff, which is embedded in our curriculum and daily staff protocols
- Training teachers on common signs of illness in children, and placing signage in every classroom to keep signs of illness top of mind
- Daily laundering of crib sheets for infants; for older children, individual cots and blankets are provided for each child and laundered weekly
- Ensuring appropriate teacher-student classroom ratios
- Continuous health & safety training for our staff, including first aid and CPR certification
- Maintaining an up-to-date and customized Safe School Plan posted in all classrooms for easy teacher access

Hello families, my name is Megan Betz! I’m so excited to be a part of the Primrose family! I’m newly married to a wonderful husband. I’m a fur mom to two dogs and one cat. In my free time I enjoy reading, hiking, shopping, being crafty and going to Indy Eleven soccer games. I have been working in childcare for 2 years and have loved every minute of it! I love watching kids grow and learn so much!

Hi! I’m Lindsay Patterson and I am former elementary school teacher with over 15 years of experience in education and coaching. I have a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and have worked with infants through 6th grade. While running my own business, I love working with Primrose to enrich, nurture, and teach all kids in an exceptional learning environment. My passion for children’s grows more each year. I have 3 daughters and my youngest attends Primrose and absolutely loves it! I am so proud to be a part of Primrose Greenwood and to meet your kiddos soon!

Hi my name is Nicole Wood, and I have been teaching for 8+ years in a variety of school and childcare settings of all ages. I have my associates in Early Childcare and Development and my Bachelors in Early Childhood Education. I love teaching because I love being a part of building those key foundations that will be used all throughout school. I love to see the light bulb come on when a child learns something new! I believe that relationship building is key to successful learning! In my free time I love spending time with my family and friends. I love to do anything outside. I play piano and flute. I love to craft with my cricut. And I love to visit family in Florida, the beach is my happy place aside from the classroom! I am so excited to learn and grow along side these kiddos, it is going to be so much fun!
