Hello, I am Mrs. Megan Stauffer, and I am the Vice President of Operations for N&E Learning. I graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Development and Family Studies. I have been in a leadership position with Primrose for the last fourteen years. I was previously an Education Coach, Assistant Director, School Director, Regional Director, and most recently, Executive Director for our schools. Before that, I was a Pre-Kindergarten Teacher and loved the Primrose philosophy. I now have my own little one who attends our schools.

My role supports the schools to ensure school excellence, compliance, training, and policy. I am so happy to begin a new Primrose journey as the Vice President of Operations.

Hello, I am Mrs. Trent and I am a Regional Director for N&E Learning. I graduated with Bachelor of Science degree in Human Development and Family Studies with a focus on Early Childhood Education from The Ohio State University. I have over sixteen years of experience working with children of all ages. Before coming to Pinnacle, I was a Preschool, Pre-Kindergarten, and Curriculum Coordinator at another Primrose location. I am so excited to get to lead the Primrose School at Pinnacle with all of its amazing teachers and families!

Hello, Primrose Families! My name is Michelle Workman, and I am thrilled to be the Director here at Primrose School of Grandview! I am originally from Westerville, Ohio, and now live in Victorian Village with my husband, Jonathan, and our three pups—Pocket, Axle Rose, and Zero. I have a degree in Early Childhood Education from Hudson Valley Community College in Troy, New York, and have spent nearly 23 years working in education, including about 10 years in leadership and administration. I am passionate about early childhood education and believe in creating a nurturing environment where children feel safe, loved, confident, and excited to learn. I also love supporting our teachers and helping them grow so they can provide the very best experiences for our children and families. Outside of school, I am a huge music lover and enjoy going to concerts and festivals with my family. I also absolutely love anything spooky—Halloween, haunted houses, creepy stories, and all things that go bump in the night! 🎃👻 I am so excited to continue building relationships with our Primrose families and staff. Hello, my name is Mr. Matt Ketner. I am the Assistant Director for the Primrose School of Columbus Grandview.  I have over 20 years of experience in the early childhood education field and began my Primrose journey as Pre-Kindergarten Teacher and transitioned to a role in leadership as an Education Coach.  My journey with the N&E family of schools began at the Primrose School of Columbus Downtown as its Assistant Director and continued at the Primrose School of Grandview where I served as the School Director before taking a role with a non-profit serving the early childhood education field in the state of Ohio.  I am excited to return to the N&E and Primrose family back where it all began!  As a proud Ohioan I graduated from The Ohio State University with my bachelors degree in Early Childhood Development.  In my free time I enjoy spending time with family and friends and playing golf.

Hello, my name is Ms. Baker and I am the new Education Coach here at The Primrose School of Grandview. I am originally from Columbus and I bring over 12 years of experience working with children. I have a strong passion for early education. I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, which has helped me understand and support the developmental and emotional needs of young learners. I absolutely love spending my weekends with my family, whether we’re relaxing or having fun together. I am excited to jump in and get to know all of the staff, and all of the families here at The Primrose School of Grandview, and helping with all of their educational needs.

I graduated from the Columbus College of Art and Design with a Bachelors of Fine Art.  During my time there I worked as an assistant teacher for the Saturday Morning Art Classes and fell in love with working with young children and seeing how much they love having fun while learning!  In my free time I love reading, watching movies, and painting.  I am always looking for something new to learn and hope that I will be able to spread that love for learning here at Primrose!

Originally from Camarillo, California, I relocated to Columbus, Ohio, two years ago with my husband, Cody, and our three beloved pets—Lola, our 12-year-old Yorkie mix; Tito, our 5-year-old Chihuahua mix; and Gracie, our 5-year-old cat. I have been working in early childhood education for five years, and I am truly excited to be part of the Primrose family. One of my favorite parts of teaching is watching children grow in confidence while developing their unique personalities. I look forward to a fun, engaging, and educational school year alongside the wonderful Primrose team!

My name is Ms. Foote, and I am a Teacher here at Primrose School of Grandview! I am from a small town in Northern Ohio, where I spent much of my time volunteering with the youth in my community through T.L.C. Cheerleading and summer library programs. I have always enjoyed helping young children build confidence and discover their abilities across all kinds of skill sets. Outside of the classroom, I love spending time being creative through art and enjoying nature—especially working in my garden! I look forward to bringing lots of joy, smiles, learning, and laughter into the classroom each day. I am so excited to get to know each child and help them grow, learn, and feel confident in all that they do!
