Hello, I am Mrs. Megan Stauffer, and I am the Vice President of Operations for N&E Learning. I graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Development and Family Studies. I have been in a leadership position with Primrose for the last fourteen years. I was previously an Education Coach, Assistant Director, School Director, Regional Director, and most recently, Executive Director for our schools. Before that, I was a Pre-Kindergarten Teacher and loved the Primrose philosophy. I now have my own little one who attends our schools.

My role supports the schools to ensure school excellence, compliance, training, and policy. I am so happy to begin a new Primrose journey as the Vice President of Operations.

Hello, I am Mrs. Trent and I am a Regional Director for N&E Learning. I graduated with Bachelor of Science degree in Human Development and Family Studies with a focus on Early Childhood Education from The Ohio State University. I have over sixteen years of experience working with children of all ages. Before coming to Pinnacle, I was a Preschool, Pre-Kindergarten, and Curriculum Coordinator at another Primrose location. I am so excited to get to lead the Primrose School at Pinnacle with all of its amazing teachers and families!

Hello, Primrose Families! My name is Michelle Workman, and I am thrilled to be the Director here at Primrose School of Grandview! I am originally from Westerville, Ohio, and now live in Victorian Village with my husband, Jonathan, and our three pups—Pocket, Axle Rose, and Zero. I have a degree in Early Childhood Education from Hudson Valley Community College in Troy, New York, and have spent nearly 23 years working in education, including about 10 years in leadership and administration. I am passionate about early childhood education and believe in creating a nurturing environment where children feel safe, loved, confident, and excited to learn. I also love supporting our teachers and helping them grow so they can provide the very best experiences for our children and families. Outside of school, I am a huge music lover and enjoy going to concerts and festivals with my family. I also absolutely love anything spooky—Halloween, haunted houses, creepy stories, and all things that go bump in the night! 🎃👻 I am so excited to continue building relationships with our Primrose families and staff. Hello, my name is Mr. Matt Ketner. I am the Assistant Director for the Primrose School of Columbus Grandview.  I have over 20 years of experience in the early childhood education field and began my Primrose journey as Pre-Kindergarten Teacher and transitioned to a role in leadership as an Education Coach.  My journey with the N&E family of schools began at the Primrose School of Columbus Downtown as its Assistant Director and continued at the Primrose School of Grandview where I served as the School Director before taking a role with a non-profit serving the early childhood education field in the state of Ohio.  I am excited to return to the N&E and Primrose family back where it all began!  As a proud Ohioan I graduated from The Ohio State University with my bachelors degree in Early Childhood Development.  In my free time I enjoy spending time with family and friends and playing golf.

Hello, my name is Ms. Baker and I am the new Education Coach here at The Primrose School of Grandview. I am originally from Columbus and I bring over 12 years of experience working with children. I have a strong passion for early education. I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, which has helped me understand and support the developmental and emotional needs of young learners. I absolutely love spending my weekends with my family, whether we’re relaxing or having fun together. I am excited to jump in and get to know all of the staff, and all of the families here at The Primrose School of Grandview, and helping with all of their educational needs.

I graduated from the Columbus College of Art and Design with a Bachelors of Fine Art.  During my time there I worked as an assistant teacher for the Saturday Morning Art Classes and fell in love with working with young children and seeing how much they love having fun while learning!  In my free time I love reading, watching movies, and painting.  I am always looking for something new to learn and hope that I will be able to spread that love for learning here at Primrose!

Hello, I am Mr. Welch and I am a Early Preschool Teacher here at the Primrose School of Grandview.  While I am new to the Early Education industry I have grew up babysitting for my family and nothing makes me happier than seeing them learn and succeed!  In my free time I enjoy playing my violin, whether just for me or for others.  I am looking forward to getting to know all of the children and seeing the grow and develop and learn in the coming months!

Hello, my name is Ms. Barnett, and I am a teacher here at The Primrose School of Grandview. I have been in the education field for many years and bring a wide range of experience supporting young learners. My background includes babysitting for family and friends, as well as most recently working as a substitute teacher. I hold a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from The Ohio State University. I am excited to build strong relationships with each child, learn what makes them unique, and support their social and educational growth during their time at Primrose.

Hello, my name is Ms. Byers and I am a Teacher here at Primrose School of Grandview.  I graduated from Independence High School and have been working in childcare for more than eight years.  I love teaching young children.  Arts and crafts are my favorite hobby and I love expressing myself through my art and it helps me to relate to children.  I have two young children of my own so I’m able to take my passion home daily!

Hello, my name is Ms. Adams and I am a Teacher here at The Primrose School of Grandview. I have been working with children for 7 years and I have been in the center setting for 5 years. Childcare is my passion! The best thing about teaching is putting a smile of a child’s face. I am looking forward to making a difference in the classroom. I am also looking forward to making connections with my students and parents. I am working on obtaining my CDA so that I can help other teachers grow. My dream is to one day own my own childcare center. I am so excited to be a part of the Primrose team.

Hello, my name is Ms. Love, and I am a teacher here at The Primrose School of Grandview! I was born and raised in Columbus, Ohio, and I have had a passion for working with children from a young age. I began babysitting when I was 15 years old and have spent the last several years working in early childhood education centers. One of the most rewarding parts of my job is building meaningful connections with each child and celebrating the many milestones they achieve along the way. I love creating fun, engaging learning experiences that encourage children to explore, discover, and grow every day. When I’m not in the classroom, I enjoy spending quality time with my family and friends. Hello, Primrose families! My name is Ms. Diaz, and I am so excited to be a teacher here at Primrose School of Grandview. I was born and raised in Hood River, Oregon, and I have been working with children for about four years. I graduated from Hood River Valley High School and am currently pursuing my degree online. What I love most about teaching is the meaningful connections I get to make with children and their families. I love watching children learn, grow, and discover new things, and I feel so fortunate to be part of those special moments! Hello, my name is Ms. Rowland, and I am so excited to be a teacher at The Primrose School of Grandview! I am originally from Upper Arlington and still call it home today, where I live with my two sons, JD and Charlie. I have been working in childcare for many years, with most of my experience spent caring for our littlest learners in infant classrooms. Working with infants is such a special experience, and I love being part of those precious first milestones and helping babies feel safe, loved, and nurtured. Outside of the classroom, I enjoy spending time with my family, cheering on my son at his baseball games, and taking vacations to the lake! Hello, my name is Ms. Glenn, and I am excited to be a teacher at The Primrose School of Grandview! I am originally from Columbus, Ohio, and graduated from East High School in 2024. I have been working in childcare ever since and truly enjoy being part of children’s growth and development. What I love most about working with children is watching how quickly they grow, learn, and develop their own unique personalities while building loving and trusting relationships with them. Hello, my name is Ms. Vick, and I am a support teacher here at The Primrose School of Grandview. This is my first year working in early childhood education, and I am so excited to begin my journey here at Primrose. I am a proud Columbus native and a high school graduate. In my free time, I love to draw and paint—creativity is a big part of who I am! My name is Ms. Foote, and I am a Teacher here at Primrose School of Grandview! I am from a small town in Northern Ohio, where I spent much of my time volunteering with the youth in my community through T.L.C. Cheerleading and summer library programs. I have always enjoyed helping young children build confidence and discover their abilities across all kinds of skill sets. Outside of the classroom, I love spending time being creative through art and enjoying nature—especially working in my garden! I look forward to bringing lots of joy, smiles, learning, and laughter into the classroom each day. Hello! My name is Ms. Foxx, and I am the School Chef here at Primrose School of Grandview. I am so excited to be part of the Primrose team and have the opportunity to share my love of cooking while building meaningful relationships with the children and teachers. My passion for cooking has continued to grow throughout the years. As a child, I was always in the kitchen alongside my mom, dad, and grandma, helping out whenever I could. Those early experiences helped shape my love for creating delicious meals and sharing them with others. During my final two years of high school, I attended Columbus Downtown High School, where I developed my skills and learned what it takes to be a professional cook. I had the opportunity to cater after-school events, prepare food for school district functions, and even participate in friendly cooking competitions with the school chef! I truly love the art of cooking, and I believe that passion shines through in every bite. I look forward to bringing that love into the kitchen each day and creating delicious meals and special memories for the Primrose School of Grandview family!
