Health & Safety
Our school is committed to high standards of safety and cleanliness as we create a caring and nurturing environment where children can thrive.
- Requiring any children or staff with respiratory illness symptoms or fever to return home and stay home until fever free for at least 24 hours
- Frequent disinfecting and sanitizing of high-touch toys
- Frequent handwashing by children and staff, which is embedded in our curriculum and daily staff protocols
- Training teachers on common signs of illness in children, and placing signage in every classroom to keep signs of illness top of mind
- Daily laundering of crib sheets for infants; for older children, individual cots and blankets are provided for each child and laundered weekly
- Ensuring appropriate teacher-student classroom ratios
- Continuous health & safety training for our staff, including first aid and CPR certification
- Maintaining an up-to-date and customized Safe School Plan posted in all classrooms for easy teacher access

Miriam Saba
Ms. Miriam is from Guatemala, Mexico. She has 20+ years in childcare experience and loves to eat all sorts of casseroles. On the weekends, she loves to stay home and spend time with her family. Her favorite book is Dragons Love Tacos. She most relates to Erwin the dog and is happy to get to know all her new co-workers and new kiddos!
Mekayla Cooper
Hello! My name is Ms. Mekayla and I am one of the Pre-K 3 teachers and I’m excited to be apart of the Primrose family. I have 4 years of child care experience and my favorite thing about working with children is seeing them grow and use the tools that I’ve taught them.
Gloria Randolph
Hi! My name is Ms. Gloria I have 7 years of child care experience and I also have an Associates of Science. What I love most about working with children is their unique personalities. In my personal time i like to read, write and play video games.

Hi, my name is Ms. Julia and I’m one of the Pre-Kindergarten 3 teachers! I joined the Primrose Family in October of 2021 and has loved it since my favorite thing about working with children is getting a chance to see them learn new things and develop.

LaShey Jordan
Hi! My name is Ms. LaShey and I am one of your Pre-kindergarten 1 teachers, I have 4 years of childcare experience 3 being with Primrose! On the weekends I like to hang out with my friends and my favorite children’s book is The Rainbow Fish. My favorite thing about working with children is making a difference and getting to see their faces light up when they are learning new things. I’m so excited to see my little ones learn and grow!
Olga Canales-Turcios
Ms. Olga is from El Salvador. She currently has 2 years in childcare experience and joined our team in November 2022. She loves all sorts of foods, spending time with her family and seeing new places on the weekends. Her favorite children’s book is The Little Red Riding Hood and most relates to Molly the Cow. She is so excited to see her little ones grown and develop!

Hello! My name is Ms. Maria and I am one of the Pre-Kindergarten teachers. My favorite thing about working with children is helping them learn to use their hands to create – crafts. In my personal time I like to sew and create crafts for children, I also enjoy sewing children’s costumes
