Hi! My name is Miranda Laubscher. I’m a proud mom of three and a lifelong lover of all things DIY—I’ve never met a project I didn’t enjoy! I go all out for every holiday and truly cherish spending quality time with my children.

I’m originally from Summerville, South Carolina, and hold a Bachelor of Arts in English. I spent three years as a high school English teacher, where I discovered my passion for supporting both students and fellow educators.

I am CPR and First Aid certified, have completed the Pro Solutions 15-hour training, and am currently engaged in ongoing training through Primrose to grow as an educational coach. I love watching children explore, learn, and grow, and I’m just as passionate about helping teachers thrive in their classrooms.

I’m thrilled to be part of the Primrose family and am excited to collaborate, learn, and grow with all of you!

I am from the sunshine state Fort Lauderdale Florida where the palm trees sway in the breeze.

I consider myself patient, communicative, and organized, and I take pride in building strong, positive relationships with both students and coworkers. I learn best through hands-on experiences and modeling, and I’m always eager to continue growing as an educator.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my dog, staying active at the gym, and treating myself to my favorite food—hot dogs! I have a deep passion for education and love helping students reach their fullest potential.

Originally from India, I’m excited to begin my journey in early childhood education here at Primrose! I have a Master’s degree in Performing Arts and love bringing creativity and energy into everything I do. My favorite part of working with children is helping them grow and become the very best versions of themselves.

One of my favorite children’s books is The Cat in the Hat, and the Primrose Friend I relate to most is Ally. When it comes to food, you can’t go wrong with a good sandwich! I also love the summertime and celebrating Diwali with family—it’s such a special tradition.

In my free time, you’ll most likely find me dancing! This school year, I’m most excited about growing alongside our students and helping make our Primrose community an even more wonderful place to learn and play. 💃✨

Hi! I’m Kalpa Sharma, and I’m excited to be part of your child’s learning journey.

With two years of experience, I am passionate about creating a positive and nurturing environment where children can grow and thrive. I love making connections with children through the Primrose Friends and am excited to help make a difference in their lives through our balanced learning approach at Primrose.

As a creative and skilled artist, I’m always looking for fun, imaginative ways to engage with the children and encourage their creativity. I am also currently enrolled in professional childcare development training to enhance my skills and knowledge in the field.

Ms. Rhian’s favorite part of working with children is seeing their tiny smiles each day. On the weekends, she loves to relax with a good book.

Her favorite holiday is her birthday, but she also treasures her family’s Christmas Eve tradition of baking cookies in their pajamas.

She relates most to Mia because she’s always the loudest when cheering on her friends!

I was born and raised in Arkansas. I moved to Charlotte in July 2000. I have seven beautiful children and three amazing grandchildren. My major in college was Early Childhood Education/ Elementary Education. I love working with students of all ages! In my spare time I love to paint, hike, run and go shopping. I look forward to getting to know all of our students, families, and staff, and I am so excited to be a part of the Primrose family.

Growing up, I have always loved being around children, whether it was caring for my nieces and nephews or helping in Sunday school at my family church. Those experiences sparked my passion for childcare and education.

My goal is to create a positive, engaging learning experience that encourages confidence, curiosity, and kindness. I look forward to getting to know your family and supporting your child every step of the way!

Outside of school, she loves spending time with her family and celebrating meaningful festivals that keep her connected to her roots and traditions. Her nurturing nature and love for children led her to a career in teaching, where she enjoys helping students learn, build friendships, and grow with confidence. Hello! My name is Cheyenne, and I’m so excited to be part of the Primrose family as the school cook. I’m from Dallas, NC, and I’m 22 years old. I’m a certified CNA currently working toward my RN license, and I’m also completing my ongoing Primrose training, SC Endeavors, and Pro Solutions courses to continue growing professionally.

While I’m new to the childcare environment, I’ve absolutely loved getting to know the children and being part of such a positive, team-focused atmosphere. I enjoy preparing nutritious, delicious meals and snacks that help fuel our little learners throughout the day!

Outside of school, I love reading, playing volleyball, spending time with my family, and cuddling with my cats.

I bring 20 years of child care experience and am excited to be part of the Primrose community. Originally from California, I have a passion for shaping young minds and helping children grow and learn each day. Hi, I’m Kat Rochester! I’m originally from Camden, SC and currently living in Rock Hill while pursuing a degree in Psychology. My goal is to become a child counselor or therapist, driven by a deep passion for supporting children’s emotional and social development. I truly enjoy connecting with kids, helping them build strong social skills, and being a trusted, positive presence in their lives. I believe every child deserves a solid foundation for lifelong learning and success, and I’m committed to helping create that through care, encouragement, and meaningful relationships.

Hi, my name is Brenda Tellado. I’m originally from Honduras and bring over 17 years of experience working with children of all ages. While I’ve loved supporting children through every stage of growth, my true passion lies in caring for infants. I’m a dedicated early childhood educator as well as a certified Nurse Assistant and Medical Technician. On weekends, I continue my commitment to care by working in a role similar to a Nurse Assistant, providing compassionate support to those in need.

I am bilingual in Spanish and English, which allows me to connect deeply with a diverse range of families and communities. I find joy in seeing the world through the eyes of the children I care for—their honesty, curiosity, and wonder inspire me every day. Being part of their early years and witnessing their small milestones is one of the most rewarding parts of my work.

I’m Kennedy Blakely. I wanted to tell you a little about myself.

Kennedy Blakely is originally from Roswell, Georgia. She attended Brigham Young University-Idaho, where she met her husband during their first semester there. After graduating, Kennedy and her husband married in May of 2024. With a job opportunity lined up for her husband, the couple made the move from Georgia to Charlotte, North Carolina, where they have been enjoying the new chapter of their lives.

Kennedy has always had a passion for working with children, particularly in childcare. She knew even before moving that she wanted to continue her work as a daycare teacher, a profession she finds deeply fulfilling. Whether it’s nurturing the development of young minds or creating a positive, enriching environment, Kennedy is excited to continue making a difference in the lives of the children she works with.

Hi, my name is Tracey Addonisio—though everyone calls me Tete. I hail from the Jersey Shore and am proud to be a mother of six wonderful children. After dedicating 31 years to the car business, I stepped into the world of preschool when it became time for my youngest to attend, and I instantly fell in love with working in early childhood care.

There’s something truly magical about the sweet way children love to be held, hugged, and nurtured. My days now are filled with fun, crafts, and the joy of watching little ones grow—free from stress and full of heartfelt connection. Teaching has become such a fulfilling outlet for me, and I cherish every moment spent guiding and encouraging the children in my care.

I hold a bachelor’s degree in early childhood education and have spent the past six years working in childcare, where my passion for teaching continues to grow. Through my experience, I’ve developed a deep commitment to nurturing and guiding young learners as they explore and develop their unique talents. I’ve also completed several professional development trainings to enhance my skills and ensure I provide the best care and education to every child.

Currently, I’m pursuing my master’s degree in early childhood education to expand my knowledge and further enhance my ability to support children and families. I believe in creating a nurturing and engaging environment where children can thrive and develop the confidence to be their best selves.
