Our Preschool Pathways Classroom
Our Preschool Pathways program provides a “bridge” between our Early Preschool and Preschool classrooms for children whose birthdays will ultimately miss the cutoff date for kindergarten entrance. By identifying those children early, we can help them stay with a consistent group of peers through preschool, pre-K and kindergarten.
Nurturing Active Minds, Healthy Bodies, and Happy Hearts®

Health & Safety
Our school is committed to high standards of safety and cleanliness as we create a caring and nurturing environment where children can thrive.

- Frequent disinfecting and sanitizing of high-touch toys
- Frequent handwashing by children and staff, which is embedded in our curriculum and daily staff protocols
- Training teachers on common signs of illness in children, and placing signage in every classroom to keep signs of illness top of mind
- Daily laundering of crib sheets for infants; for older children, individual cots and blankets are provided for each child and laundered weekly
- Ensuring appropriate teacher-student classroom ratios
- Continuous health & safety training for our staff, including first aid and CPR certification
- Maintaining an up-to-date and customized Safe School Plan posted in all classrooms for easy teacher access
Our Preschool Pathways Classroom Teachers & Staff

Ms. Stephanie
I was born and raised in Arkansas. I moved to Charlotte in July 2000. I have seven beautiful children and three amazing grandchildren. My major in college was Early Childhood Education/ Elementary Education. I love working with students of all ages! In my spare time I love to paint, hike, run and go shopping. I look forward to getting to know all of our students, families, and staff, and I am so excited to be a part of the Primrose family.
Ms. Khai
I bring 20 years of child care experience and am excited to be part of the Primrose community. Originally from California, I have a passion for shaping young minds and helping children grow and learn each day. One of my favorite children’s books is If You Give a Mouse a Cookie, and the Primrose Friend I relate to most is Molly. My favorite food is tacos, and Thanksgiving is my favorite holiday. I especially enjoy family vacations as a special tradition. In my free time, I like relaxing and watching TV—especially Grey’s Anatomy.
This school year, I’m most excited about getting to know all the wonderful children in our school. I find so much joy in watching and supporting the development of children across different age groups.
I’m so excited to get to know everyone and be a part of the Primrose family!
Tracey Addonisio
Hi, my name is Tracey Addonisio—though everyone calls me Tete. I hail from the Jersey Shore and am proud to be a mother of six wonderful children. After dedicating 31 years to the car business, I stepped into the world of preschool when it became time for my youngest to attend, and I instantly fell in love with working in early childhood care.
There’s something truly magical about the sweet way children love to be held, hugged, and nurtured. My days now are filled with fun, crafts, and the joy of watching little ones grow—free from stress and full of heartfelt connection. Teaching has become such a fulfilling outlet for me, and I cherish every moment spent guiding and encouraging the children in my care.
I’m CPR and First Aid trained, currently completing my South Carolina Endeavors training, and actively engaged in ongoing professional development through the Primrose Schools training program. I’m overjoyed to be part of the Primrose family and can’t wait to meet everyone!
