We know the first year of life can have a big influence on a child’s success in the years that follow. That’s why teachers in your child’s Infant classroom provide a loving and nurturing environment as they lay the foundation for learning. This includes literacy; communication and vocabulary skills to help your infant better express their needs; gross motor skills and sensory development; and emotional well-being.

Health & Safety
Our school is committed to high standards of safety and cleanliness as we create a caring and nurturing environment where children can thrive.
- Requiring any children or staff with respiratory illness symptoms or fever to return home and stay home until fever free for at least 24 hours
- Frequent disinfecting and sanitizing of high-touch toys
- Frequent handwashing by children and staff, which is embedded in our curriculum and daily staff protocols
- Training teachers on common signs of illness in children, and placing signage in every classroom to keep signs of illness top of mind
- Daily laundering of crib sheets for infants; for older children, individual cots and blankets are provided for each child and laundered weekly
- Ensuring appropriate teacher-student classroom ratios
- Continuous health & safety training for our staff, including first aid and CPR certification
- Maintaining an up-to-date and customized Safe School Plan posted in all classrooms for easy teacher access

Ms. Anissa
Hi, families! My name is Ms. Anissa, and I’m so happy to be part of the Primrose family! I was born and raised in Algeria and have been proud to call Indiana home for the past several years. I’m married and a proud mom to four wonderful children. I especially love working with infants and being part of their earliest learning experiences. There is something so special about their sweet smiles, curiosity, and positive energy! I love creating a warm and loving environment where each baby feels safe, secure, and cared for while they explore, learn, and reach their developmental milestones. Being able to celebrate their little accomplishments each day is one of my favorite parts of being an infant teacher. Outside of Primrose, I enjoy traveling, learning about different cultures, and exploring all kinds of music. Most of all, I love spending time with my family and encouraging my children to follow their dreams and reach their fullest potential. I look forward to getting to know your little ones and families and sharing in all of the wonderful moments along their journey!

Hi, families! My name is Ms. Tamira, and I’m so excited to be part of the Primrose family! Working with children has always been a true passion of mine. I especially love being an infant teacher and having the opportunity to nurture, care for, and support little ones as they grow and reach their important milestones. There is something so special about being part of a child’s earliest learning experiences, from their first smiles and sounds to their growing curiosity and independence. I love creating a warm, loving environment where each child feels safe, supported, and encouraged to explore the world around them. When I’m not at Primrose, I enjoy spending time at home with my boys. Family is very important to me, and I love making special memories together. I look forward to getting to know your little ones and being part of their growth and development!
