Hello, I am Kerri Wood the Executive Director here at Primrose of Erie at Vista Ridge. I have worked in Early Childhood Education for over 30 years and have been with Primrose School of Erie since August of 2011. I have my Bachelors Degree in Education with a minor in Early Childhood Education and Child Development. I am married and have two wonderful daughters.  In my free time I enjoy camping, hiking and spending time with family & friends. I love being part of the Primrose family and am very grateful for the opportunity to help create the best and most trusted early education and care for our families and children.

Hello my name is Alba Orantes! I am originally from Los Angeles, California. I have spent most of my life in Littleton, Colorado. I began working with the Cookson’s in July of 2007. I have had the opportunity to gain experience with all age groups which sparked my passion for Early Childhood Education. I am director certified through the state of Colorado. In my free time I enjoy staying active and exploring Colorado!

Hello, my name is Jessica. I am originally from Colorado but have traveled as a military spouse to various states. We are lucky enough to be back home in Colorado. I started working for Army CYS in 2017 and now have the luxury to work at Primrose Schools. I enjoy working with children because, they keep you on your toes and say the silliest things. I particularly enjoy infants because BABIES! They are the cutest. I look forward to meeting all the families here at Primrose.

Hello!  My name is Brittany and I am a Colorado native but have spent 13 years in Las Vegas, Nevada.  I have my Associates of Arts Degree in both Early Childhood Education alongside Director certification. I moved back to Colorado in 2014 and since January 2017 I have been the Lead Teacher in Older Infants at Primrose. I also have been fostering children since May of 2019. I am looking forward to creating  relationships with all the infants and parents.

Hello, my name is Laura!  I grew up in Chaparral, NM and moved to colorful Colorado in 2001. I took ECE classes at Front Range Community College and have been working with young children since 2007. Being a teacher has it’s rewards like watching each child’s achievements and milestones. I enjoy working with toddlers and being apart of the Primrose community. Hello!  My name is Ms. Mills. I am originally from California and moved to Colorado in 1999 for a career advancement. I absolutely love Colorado and it’s seasons(not to mention the always changing weather). My mom, sister, niece and brother followed me out here a year later. I’ve been in early education after receiving my masters degree over 8 years ago. I love watching, learning as it happens. I live with my best friend, Zach and our two golden retrievers, Bailey and Bruiser who love getting out for walks. In my free time I love to cook, bake and garden.
