Our Early Preschool Classroom
Many 2-year-olds want to do everything by themselves. And why not? It’s their way of experimenting and learning to understand the world. Early Preschool teachers provide a safe, nurturing environment where your child can explore and stretch their talents to the fullest all while building self-confidence. Your child will have fun every day as they play and learn important academic skills, social skills and more.

I have worked with infants all the way to school-aged children. I have a very strong passion with working with children and helping to nurture and grow their minds. I am a mom to a 1 year old boy who is the love of my life. I am also currently in my junior year at Georgia State University studying to get my bachelors degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with a minor in Human Learning Development. I am very excited to embark on this journey with you as a teacher at Primrose School of Emory Healthcare.

Tooba Jawed
Hello! My name is Tooba Jawed. I am originally from Pakistan. I’ve always been drawn to working with young children because I believe the first few years shape who they become. I focus on creating a safe, loving and stimulatory environment where children feel secure enough to explore, play and grow. I believe kids learn best through warm, responsive relationships, consistent routines, and lots of encouragement, independence, and purposeful play. My goal is to follow each child’s natural curiosity, encourage self-help skills and support them as they build confidence through ” I did it myself” moments.
Outside of the classroom, I love screen printing, fabric painting, candle and jewelry making. I offer that same creativity, patience, and attention to detail into my teaching, especially during art and sensory activities. I’m passionate about clear communication with parents, celebratory small wins, and respecting each child as a capable individual. I’m excited to be a part of the Primrose family and look forward to partnering with you to give your child a joyful, independent start.
