Hi, I’m Traci. I was born and raised in Franklin, Tennessee. I have four beautiful children and five beautiful grandchildren. I have been cooking since I was 16 years old. I have cooked for both hospitals and the school system. It is a pleasure coming to work each day and seeing the children and all the families. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to be a part of your child’s life.

I am originally from San Antonio, TX and moved to Tennessee in 2007. I’m a proud mom of three boys– Cash, Ausen, and Daylen. I’ve been working in early childhood education since 2002, and I have a special love for working with infants. There’s nothing more rewarding than seeing their unique personalities shine as they grow and learn new skills. After spending the last 5 years as a stay-at-home mom, I’m thrilled to rejoin the Primrose family and be a part of East Franklin!

Hi! My name is Francesca! I’m from New York  I moved to the Franklin area in 2001 with my family when I was 12. I am a proud mom of two daughters who bring me so much joy! My favorite book is ” Chicka Chicka Boom Boom.” I love working with kids and seeing their cute faces each day!

Hello, I’m Annalise! I’m an early childhood educator in Nashville, Tennessee. Working with kids fills me with joy—I love sparking curiosity, celebrating every coo and giggle, and watching tiny minds grow. Teaching little ones isn’t just my job; it’s my passion, and I can’t wait to make each day a fun adventure in learning!

I’m Ms. Jordan. I wanted to tell you a little about myself.

I was born and raised in Franklin, TN. My family has lived here for generations. I am glad to be a part of the Primrose crew. I also love helping young minds grow into their own!

I have two sisters and three pets. My favorite thing to do is drive around and listen to music. I enjoy reading and baking.

I’m Ms. Kahlia. I wanted to tell you a little about myself.

The children call me Ms. Lia. I was born and raised in Franklin, TN and I am an only child. I am new to childcare, but I have been taking care of children for as long as I can remember. I love getting to know the children and helping them grow and learn.

Hi, I’m Mary Ann. In 1993, my family and I moved from Syracuse, NY, to Tennessee. My family includes my husband and two children, Sue and Danny. Though we miss our family and friends in Syracuse, we consider Tennessee our home. I have been working with children since I was 13 and just celebrated my 20 year anniversary here at the school! I have earned my CDA and have a technical degree from Columbia State.

Hi, I’m Mel! I have been in Early Childhood Education for 12 years. I love being around them, I love when they call my name, to teach them, hug them, to see their smile, see them happy, and show them that I care.

Hi, I’m Tish. I was born in Wisconsin and raised in Southern California. I lived in Hawaii for over 20 years. I raised my daughter in Hawaii and received my degree in Early Education from the University of Hawaii at Manoa. Soon after my daughter graduated college, we moved back to Southern California. I moved to Tennessee to be closer to my granddaughter and grandson. I really look forward to teaching your child and preparing them for Kindergarten.

Hello! My name is Journey, and I’m originally from Orange County, California. I’ve lived in Tennessee since 2014 and am the middle child of five girls.

I’ve been working with children as a camp counselor since 2021 and love witnessing their giggles, friendships, problem-solving skills, and the joy they bring each day. I’m currently a college student studying psychology and working toward my goal of becoming a child psychologist.

Hi, I’m Shun. I was born and raised in Franklin, Tennessee. I have an older sister and brother, making me the baby. I have eight nieces and nephews, and one great nephew! I played basketball for ten years and I love sports. I received my Bachelor’s from the Middle Tennessee State University in Criminal Justice with a minor in Social Work. I am a first-generation college graduate. I  have a son and a daughter  who also attend Primrose. I love working with kids and helping them grow.

Hi, I’m Jalea! I was born and raised in Franklin, Tennessee, and I’m the youngest of three children. I recently graduated from high school and have been working in childcare since 2022. I’m passionate about supporting children as they grow and develop.

I love working at Primrose because it gives me the opportunity to create a safe, fun, and nurturing environment where children can learn. Watching children reach milestones, build confidence, and develop their personalities is one of the most rewarding parts of my job.

My favorite holiday is Christmas, when my entire family comes home to spend time together. I have two dogs, Royal and Ruby, and I enjoy relaxing by listening to music in my free time.

I’m Ms. Justice. I wanted to tell you a little about myself.

I was born in Inverness, FL in 2003. I moved Waynesboro, TN before the age of one. I currently live in Columbia, TN. I am the oldest of two children. My family is very big into racing and several family members race cars. I started working in childcare in 2023. I love interacting with children and watching them develop. I love being Support staff because I love being helpful to everyone and getting to know all the children. My dream is to one day own my own daycare.

Hi! My name is Mona, and I’ve been working in childcare since 2020. I value the Principles of Service at Primrose and truly enjoy supporting children as they learn and grow. Primrose is a wonderful place for children to thrive, especially through the Pre-Kindergarten years.

Outside of work, I love reading, cozy nights watching my favorite shows, traveling, and spending time with my cat, Oliver. I’m looking forward to a great year at Primrose!
