Ms. Swanson has more than 25 years of experience in early childhood education, and much of that journey has been right here at Primrose School of Eagan. Before stepping into her role as Director, she taught in our Pre-Kindergarten program — an experience that shaped the way she leads. She oversees daily operations, teacher development, and family partnerships with a hands-on approach, and is known for building trusted relationships with both staff and families that reflect the Primrose commitment to exceptional care. As the youngest of six in a large extended family, she brings a genuine, family-first perspective to everything she does.

Mrs. Hager came to Primrose School of Eagan as a teacher in our Early Preschool program before moving into her current role. She is responsible for curriculum and classroom excellence across the school, working closely with teachers to mentor and support them in delivering the kind of nurturing, engaging learning environments that define the Primrose experience. As a mother of two whose children have attended Primrose, she understands firsthand what families are looking for — and she brings that perspective to her work every day.

Mrs. Stafford brings a depth of experience that spans multiple decades, two continents, and virtually every early childhood age group. She has taught in England, Ohio, and Minnesota — in preschool, Pre-K, Kindergarten, and early elementary classrooms — and spent nearly a decade as a lead teacher before joining Primrose School of Eagan. That range of experience, and her deep commitment to the principles that guide our school, make her an invaluable part of the Primrose leadership team.

Emily brings a warm, professional touch to the Primrose School of Eagan kitchen. She built her career in food service, growing from hands-on bakery roles into management — where she led a team and oversaw daily operations, quality, and customer satisfaction. She brings that same commitment to consistency and care to every meal she prepares for our students.
