Teachers & Staff

Mrs. Stauffer
Hello, I am Mrs. Megan Stauffer, and I am the Vice President of Operations for N&E Learning. I graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Development and Family Studies. I have been in a leadership position with Primrose for the last fourteen years. I was previously an Education Coach, Assistant Director, School Director, Regional Director, and most recently, Executive Director for our schools. Before that, I was a Pre-Kindergarten Teacher and loved the Primrose philosophy. I now have my own little one who attends our schools.
My role supports the schools to ensure school excellence, compliance, training, and policy. I am so happy to begin a new Primrose journey as the Vice President of Operations.

Mrs. Roman
Hello! My name is Brie Roman, and I am a Regional Director with Primrose Schools. I earned my degree in Early Childhood Education from Marshall University. I’ve worked in the early childhood field since 2006 and have always been passionate about building strong school communities where children, families, and staff can thrive. My husband and I are proud parents of twin toddler boys and two teenage daughters, so there’s never a dull moment at our house! In my free time, I love cheering on my daughters at volleyball and softball games and spending time with family and friends. I’m excited to continue learning and growing with Primrose while supporting schools in making a meaningful impact.

Ms. Shultz
Hello, my name is Ms. Shannon Shultz. I am the School Director for the Primrose School of Clintonville. I have been with Primrose for more than 9 years. I started as a Young Infant teacher and progressed to an Education Coach and then a Director role at Primrose School of
Upper Arlington, and most recently the School Director at Primrose School of Columbus Downtown. I graduated from The Ohio State University with a degree in Speech and Hearing Science. In my free time, I enjoy going to OSU basketball games and riding my bike – I am a 10 year participant in the Pelotonia ride! I am a fellow Clintonville resident and love this community! I am looking forward to meeting new families and getting to know all the children at Primrose School of Clintonville. I hope to see many of your around the community leading up to our grand opening this spring!

Ms. Amaya
Hello! My name is Ms. Jamie Amaya, and I recently moved to Ohio with my family from Kansas. I am originally from Texas, where I met my husband at Texas A&M University. I graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education. I have previously worked as a Kindergarten teacher in public schools and have spent the last five years teaching Pre-Kindergarten and Kindergarten at Primrose in Kansas. In my free time, I enjoy playing board games, attending concerts, and spending time with our cats.
I am excited to be a part of this welcoming community and to build relationships with families, community members, and local businesses. Please feel free to reach out if there is anything I can assist you with! I look forward to meeting you!
