Preparing for a successful school opening starts long before the first day of class. During onboarding, our teachers spent time learning the Primrose Balanced Learning® curriculum, reviewing key policies and procedures, and collaborating with leaders and support staff to ensure they are equipped to provide meaningful learning experiences for every child.

Before welcoming our first students and families, our team spent several days immersed in onboarding and training alongside our school leaders and support center team. Together, we took a deep dive into Primrose curriculum, policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure we are fully prepared to provide an exceptional experience from day one.
