Our September staff appreciation event celebrated the first day of Fall. Teachers enjoyed an apple cider bar with warm and chilled apple cider. We also had a variety of fall flavored snacks!

Training and Development
Preparing for a successful school opening starts long before the first day of class. During onboarding, our teachers spent time learning the Primrose Balanced Learning® curriculum, reviewing key policies and procedures, and collaborating with leaders and support staff to ensure they are equipped to provide meaningful learning experiences for every child.

A great school starts with a great team. Prior to opening, our teachers joined school leaders and support center staff for comprehensive onboarding and training designed to prepare them for success. From curriculum and classroom expectations to safety procedures and relationship-building, our team is ready to create a nurturing, engaging learning environment for every child who walks through our doors.

Before welcoming our first students and families, our team spent several days immersed in onboarding and training alongside our school leaders and support center team. Together, we took a deep dive into Primrose curriculum, policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure we are fully prepared to provide an exceptional experience from day one. We are excited to bring our passion, knowledge, and commitment to the Clintonville community!
