Ms. Lovato - Degreed Teacher
Welcome to the family of Primrose School of Castle Hills. My name is Ms. Lovato, and I am the Pre-Kindergarten 1 lead teacher. I have been with Primrose School of Castle Hills since 2015. I graduated from Dallas College and obtained my Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education. The rewards of being a teacher are the love, connections, and the academic growth that we see in our students. I decided to become a teacher to teach the next generation that their voice matters, not their age. Primrose School of Castle Hills has helped me achieve my goals by giving me the opportunity to teach pre-k students within a fun, loving, and safe environment. I am thankful for the owners, Mr. and Dr. Chow, the directors, and the staff for helping me along the way in my teaching career and giving me opportunities to thrive.

I would also like to thank the lovely parents for showing us daily how much they appreciate us.

Ms. Conlin - Degreed Teacher
My name is Patricia Conlin and I’d like to introduce myself as the kindergarten teacher at Primrose School of Castle Hills. I am excited to be a part of the talented staff at Primrose and make this a rewarding year for your child!
I earned my B.A. in education and psychology and my M.A. in special education from San Francisco State University. In addition, I have teaching credentials in both general and bilingual education. Throughout my career, I have taught in a wide variety of classrooms, including general education, deaf education, and bilingual settings. I have worked with a variety of ages from infancy to fifth grade. My years of experience have equipped me with the ability to adapt the curriculum to meet the unique educational needs of each student.
My personal teaching philosophy aligns closely with Primrose’s commitment to the development of the whole child — as stated in their belief that “who children become is as important as what they know”. It is important to recognize the value of social and emotional development as well as academic growth and provide classroom opportunities for their development. Curiosity, perseverance and relationship skills are as critical to our success as our academic competence.
I love teaching children in the early years of their education and being a guide on their journey of discoveries. It is amazing to watch a child as he or she slowly begins to recognize how many ways we use numbers in our lives, to help them make connections to storybook characters or share their observations of nature. It is satisfying to see children progress from writing their names to writing about their experiences. And after thirty years of teaching, the magic of hearing a child read his or her first book remains uniquely special.
I believe you are an invaluable part of your child’s learning. Keeping a flow of positive and productive communication between us will assist me in creating a happy and successful Kindergarten year for your child.
I look forward to meeting you and your child in the coming weeks! Please feel free to come up and introduce yourself. You may schedule a time to meet with me before or after class and you may also reach me via Primrose email.

Ms. Pirvani - Degreed Teacher
Hello, my name is Mrs. Pirvani, and I am the Explorer’s Club Lead Teacher for elementary-aged children. I graduated from Dallas College with a bachelor’s degree in early childhood education and teaching and have gained extensive experience working with children from diverse backgrounds through my time with Dallas ISD. My qualifications and experience have equipped me with innovative, evidence-based instructional practices that place students at the heart of learning.
At Primrose, I am committed to fostering fun, engaging, and meaningful learning experiences for all young learners—where every child feels valued, supported, and encouraged to grow into a confident learner. I achieve this goal through the leadership and guidance of the Primrose team.
Outside of my professional life, I am a proud mother of two wonderful children, a son in high school and a daughter in middle school. Being both an educator and a parent allows me to deeply value the partnership between teachers and families as children master new milestones. I look forward to collaborating with you to make your child’s learning journey at Primrose a successful and enriching experience.

Chef Gilmore
Hello, my name is Laurie Gilmore and I am the Chef here at Primrose School of Castle Hills.
My experience includes cooking at hotels, country clubs, assisted living, preschools and as a private chef for a sorority. By far, being the chef here at Primrose School of Castle Hills is the best job I have ever had.
I really enjoy the challenge of feeding the children healthy, diverse, fresh, non-processed food as often as possible. I also love to see their smiling faces each day!

Franchise Owners
Tom and Priscilla Chow
Tom and Priscilla Chow are the proud owners of the Primrose School of Castle Hills. They started out as parents with their first son, Max, enrolled in the young infant classroom. They fell in love with the school’s teachers, academic philosophy, and curriculum—so much so, they purchased the school in 2004.
In their roles as both parents and owners, they focused intently on providing the very best for all the children at their school. Their philosophy is “A building doesn’t make a school, teachers do. At the heart of any school is the staff.” Properly hiring, training, and developing teachers is one of their key focuses. One of the direct results of their philosophy is consistency. That is why the average lead teacher tenure is over 6 years- an amazing number for the industry.
In 2012, the Chows received the Primrose President’s Award. This award is only given every two years to the best Primrose School in the nation. Primrose has also awarded the Primrose School of Castle Hills the designation of a Training School to train new directors and owners who enter the Primrose system.
In 2015, the Chows were honored to be asked by the Texas Childcare Licensing department to be a model school for their new state licensing reps. They were chosen because of the school’s years of consistent high scores on every unannounced visit.
The Chows are actively involved in the school and continue to look for new ways to provide the best in early childhood education.
