Primrose School - Carol Stream - Kranthi & Zarna Chiluka

Franchise Owner

Kranthi and Zarna Chiluka

Welcome, my name is Kranthi Chiluka and my wife, Zarna Chiluka, are proud owners of Primrose School of Carol Stream. We are honored to have the opportunity to serve the families of this community and bring the Primrose Experience of premier early education and care.

My journey in the world of education began when I saw my mother teach kids from our house.  The immense joy and fulfillment that came to her from providing an environment for children to grow and learn, made me realize that at some point in my life that I too wanted to be an educator. However, I also had a keen interest in learning Math, Sciences and Engineering.  This led me to pursue a bachelor’s degree in computer engineering and an MBA in Economics.

I have worked for an IT Services and Consulting company, Accenture, for 26 years as a Managing Director. Having two children of my own and watching them grow as learners, my lifelong love of learning was reignited.  Therefore, leading me to early education. I decided to change my career and join the Primrose family.

I also come from a family of educators. My wife, Zarna Chiluka, is happy to accompany me on this Primrose venture.  She has been teaching for 20+ years in the Schaumburg School District as a Language Arts Teacher.  Additionally, my mom is a retired Chicago Public Schools (CPS) teacher.

Creating a nurturing learning environment is at the heart of our school. Community engagement and building strong relationships are priorities for my wife and me, and I will continue to emphasize them as I lead and manage the school.

My role at Primrose School of Carol Stream is to ensure that we are providing excellent care services for children, the right foundation, and spark light bulb moments so children can grow their active minds, healthy bodies and happy hearts while providing peace of mind for our parents.

We deliver more than a curriculum; it’s a life-changing early learning experience for children and their families.

We are excited to welcome you to the Primrose Family.
