Through purposeful play, meaningful questions and direct instruction, our Preschool teachers encourage your child to think in new and different ways. Your child will have so much fun that they won’t even realize they’re developing the skills they’ll need for reading and math.

Health & Safety
Our school is committed to high standards of safety and cleanliness as we create a caring and nurturing environment where children can thrive.
- Requiring any children or staff with respiratory illness symptoms or fever to return home and stay home until fever free for at least 24 hours
- Frequent disinfecting and sanitizing of high-touch toys
- Frequent handwashing by children and staff, which is embedded in our curriculum and daily staff protocols
- Training teachers on common signs of illness in children, and placing signage in every classroom to keep signs of illness top of mind
- Daily laundering of crib sheets for infants; for older children, individual cots and blankets are provided for each child and laundered weekly
- Ensuring appropriate teacher-student classroom ratios
- Continuous health & safety training for our staff, including first aid and CPR certification
- Maintaining an up-to-date and customized Safe School Plan posted in all classrooms for easy teacher access

Ms. Marsa
I’m Marsa Henin and I wanted to tell you a little about myself. I have four children and previously I lived in Virginia. Once I moved to Indiana, I worked as a cook for an elementary school. I love children and enjoy being apart of the educational experience!

Ms. Rahimah
Let’s get to know each other.
I am Ms. Rahimah. I wanted to tell you a little about myself.
I love working with children and enjoy all the fun and sweet things they say and do each day. One of my favorite children’s books is Angelina Ballerina, and my favorite holiday is Eid, which is also an important celebration in my home. I speak Urdu and enjoy watching prayers in my personal time.

Ms. Rachel
I’m Rachel Smith. I wanted to tell you a little about myself.
My childcare and teaching experience started when I worked with my mom at Bridgewater Elementary as well as the YMCA Northwest in Muncie. My favorite thing about working with children is all the smiles! I speak English but know a little of Spanish. In my free time, I enjoy reading romance novels and tutoring.

Ms. Anna Rosa

I am Ms. Anna Rosa. I wanted to tell you a little about myself.
I have clinical volunteer experience working with children and hold a degree in Applied Educational Studies. I love teaching children new things and watching them learn and grow. My favorite children’s book is If You Give a Mouse a Cookie. In my free time, I enjoy listening to music, studying, spending time with family and friends, and shopping. I also speak Spanish and have rabbits and chickens at home.
