Hello, I am Mrs. Megan Stauffer, and I am the Vice President of Operations for N&E Learning. I graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Development and Family Studies. I have been in a leadership position with Primrose for the last fourteen years. I was previously an Education Coach, Assistant Director, School Director, Regional Director, and most recently, Executive Director for our schools. Before that, I was a Pre-Kindergarten Teacher and loved the Primrose philosophy. I now have my own little one who attends our schools.

My role supports the schools to ensure school excellence, compliance, training, and policy. I am so happy to begin a new Primrose journey as the Vice President of Operations.

Hello, my name is Allison Plummer, and I have been working in childcare since 2015, where I’ve developed a deep passion for supporting young children and their families.

I earned my Bachelor of Science in Early and Middle Childhood Education from The Ohio State University and later completed my Master’s degree in International Education and Globalization at the University of Bath in England. These experiences have shaped my approach to education and strengthened my belief in the importance of inclusive learning environments. Outside of work, I love spending time with my husband, Alex, and our children, Aliza and Alden. Reading is one of my favorite classroom activities and ways to unwind! I enjoy everything from non-fiction to sci-fi and my favorite children’s book is If You Give A Mouse A Cookie by Laura Numeroff. Stories, learning, and family are at the heart of my personal and professional life.

Hello, my name is Mrs. Hayley Hossfeld and I am the School Director here at Primrose. I graduated from Ohio University with a Bachelor of Science in Applied Communications. I have worked at Primrose for 5+ years in our Preschool Pathways, Preschool 2 classrooms, and as a school Assistant Director! In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family, I have a son who also attends Primrose! Creating a positive culture is what I strive for! I look forward to meeting and getting to know all of the children and families at the Primrose School of Canal Winchester!

Hello, I am Mrs. Ariel Doomy, and I am the Education Coach here at Primrose! I graduated from THE Ohio State University with my Bachelor of Science in Education! I have worked in childcare for 10+ years in various roles.  In my free time, I love to spend time with my family! I have a new son who was born on February 2nd, 2026 and two huskies and a cat! My husband and I got married on the 4th of July (free fireworks for our anniversary every year!) A few fun facts about me are that I have been skydiving, and I live on a farm, but without barn animals! I look forward to meeting and getting to know all of the children and families at The Primrose School of Canal Winchester!

My name is Ms. Person, and I am an Administrative Assistant here at Primrose. I am originally from Washington State. I spent over 10 years watching my nieces and nephews where I gained my passion for working with children of all ages. I have two children of my own who also attend Primrose. My family and I traveled for the last 7 years with the military, and so I am very excited to build roots in the Columbus area. I look forward to meeting and interacting with all of the families here at Primrose!

I’m Ms. Faith Abel. I wanted to tell you a little about myself.

I am from Lancaster, Ohio and have my Associates Degree in Accounting from Hocking College. I was previously a volunteer for Girl Scouts of America and fell in love to teaching children. I love to travel and listen to music. Visiting bookstores and finding delicious new foods are also my favorite things to do in my free time! I can’t wait to make memories with our students!

I grew up in Baltimore, Ohio and graduated from Liberty Union High School in 2020. I have been working in childcare for numerous years and started my Primrose journey in 2022 at The Primrose School of Reynoldsburg! I took a small break from Primrose and worked with young children in different capacities. I am very excited to be back at Primrose, and glad to be at the Canal location! Working with toddlers is my absolute favorite as it is such an important time for their development. I am honored to be caring for your babies!

I’m Ms. Jorie Garvin, I wanted to tell you a little about myself!

I recently graduated from Lancaster High School and am taking college courses! When I was younger, I loved to play “teacher” in my childhood playroom and even assigned my friends homework! I have always wanted to be a teacher. I started babysitting 6 years ago and have watched those children grow from infants to school-agers! Caring for and teaching young children brings me so much joy. In my free time, I love to spend time with my one-year-old nephew, play pickleball, go bowling, and spend time with my mom! I am also always ready to shop!

I was born and raised in Ohio and am a huge Buckeye fan! I have been a mom for over 20 years, but before that, I was everyone’s favorite babysitter! I believe I was put on this earth to care for others. Being around children is such a joy, and seeing their milestones is the BEST! In my free time, I help my mother with her foster children. Our family has been fostering young children for over 15 years! We are so fortunate to be able to help children who need all the love we have to give!

I am passionate about food- what it means, what it does for our bodies, and what different flavors you can combine! I am here to make sure your children have healthy, balanced, and fun meals.
