Hello, I am Mrs. Megan Stauffer, and I am the Vice President of Operations for N&E Learning. I graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Development and Family Studies. I have been in a leadership position with Primrose for the last fourteen years. I was previously an Education Coach, Assistant Director, School Director, Regional Director, and most recently, Executive Director for our schools. Before that, I was a Pre-Kindergarten Teacher and loved the Primrose philosophy. I now have my own little one who attends our schools.

My role supports the schools to ensure school excellence, compliance, training, and policy. I am so happy to begin a new Primrose journey as the Vice President of Operations.

Hello, my name is Mrs. Carpenter. I am the Regional Director at N&E Learning. I graduated from Wittenberg University with my Bachelor of Arts degree in Middle Childhood Education. I have worked in the child care environment in the past as a Kindergarten Teacher, but I have also worked with children of all ages. I worked with Primrose School of Reynoldsburg as the assistant director for three years. In my free time, I enjoy being outdoors and spending time with my 3 beautiful daughters. I am excited to start my career with Primrose and look forward to meeting all the children and their families at the Primrose School of Canal Winchester and watching them grow!

Hello, I am Mrs. Doomy, and I am the Education Coach here at Primrose! I graduated from THE Ohio State University with my Bachelor of Science in Education! I have worked in childcare for 10+ years in various roles.  In my free time, I love to spend time with my family! I have a new son who was born on February 2nd, 2026 and two huskies and a cat! My husband and I got married on the 4th of July (free fireworks for our anniversary every year!) A few fun facts about me are that I have been skydiving, and I live on a farm, but without barn animals! I look forward to meeting and getting to know all of the children and families at The Primrose School of Canal Winchester!

My name is Ms. Person, and I am an Administrative Assistant here at Primrose. I am originally from Washington State. I spent over 10 years watching my nieces and nephews where I gained my passion for working with children of all ages. I have two children of my own who also attend Primrose. My family and I traveled for the last 7 years with the military, and so I am very excited to build roots in the Columbus area. I look forward to meeting and interacting with all of the families here at Primrose!

I am from Arizona and have been working in childcare for 20 years. I started working with young children at my mother’s childcare center when I was in High School. I’ve always looked up to her passion of working with children. In my spare time, I love spending time in my garden, reading, and with my family.

I graduated from Lancaster High School and have a few years of college under my belt. I am taking a break from school to focus on my career growth! I have a 3-year-old niece that I love to help care for and teach! In my free time, I love to go on walks and spend as much time outside as I can!

I graduated from Fairfield Academy High School and am currently in school to pursue my teaching license! I have always found joy working with young children and am so excited to be at Primrose. In my free time, I love to use my artistic side to draw and play piano!

I was born and raised in Ohio and am a huge Buckeye fan! I have been a mom for over 20 years, but before that, I was everyone’s favorite babysitter! I believe I was put on this earth to care for others. Being around children is such a joy, and seeing their milestones is the BEST! In my free time, I help my mother with her foster children. Our family has been fostering young children for over 15 years! We are so fortunate to be able to help children who need all the love we have to give!
