Mrs. Boyette began her career with Primrose Schools over 20 plus years ago as a Director in 2003. She started as the Director of Operations and then shortly after became a Franchise Partner for two schools in the local Tampa Area for 10 years serving the families as the onsite Franchise Owner. Mrs. Boyette holds a Child Development Associate’s Degree, a Florida Director’s Credential (VPK – Endorsed) and brings over 30 plus years of Early Childhood Education Experience with her. In March 2016, Mrs. Boyette joined our Leadership team at Primrose School of Bloomingdale as the Director of Education and Staff Professional Development Leader. As our current Managing Area Director of Client Services and School Operations, Mrs. Boyette oversees and manages the Leadership Team and the operation of 2 Tampa area Primrose schools. Mrs. Boyette is excited to be a part of our School and meet the families at Primrose School of Bloomingdale and make a positive, long lasting impact in the school and the community.

Ms. Drake began her career with Primrose School of Bloomingdale in 2017 as one of our teaching professionals and later joined the Leadership Team in 2020. As the current School Director, Ms. Drake assists students, families, new teachers, and current teachers each day, and has been instrumental in our school’s success! As the enthusiastic leader of our school, she loves interacting with families and engaging with students and teachers throughout the day!

Mrs. Rodriguez has been with Primrose School of Bloomingdale since 2011 when the school first opened. She has worked in the Early childhood industry for over 25 plus years. When she first started at Primrose School of Bloomingdale, she taught in our Preschool classroom, then she taught in our Private Pre-Kindergarten/VPK class. Mrs. Rodriguez is now part of the Leadership Team as the Education Coordinator and works side by side mentoring, supporting and guiding the Teachers. Prior to working at Primrose School of Bloomingdale, Mrs. Rodriguez worked with the Hillsborough County School District where she was honored to teach children from other countries in the ESOL program. Mrs. Rodriguez has her National CDA, her VPK Director’s credential and a Child Psychology Certificate. As the Assistant Director, Mrs. Rodriguez is very excited to be a part of the Leadership Team and work with the staff, students and families at Primrose School of Bloomingdale!

After moving back to Florida from Colorado, Ms. Morrison began her career at Primrose School of Bloomingdale in 2021 as one of our teaching professional, and then she joined our Leadership Team in 2022. Her pride and joy is her family, including her lovely daughter, son-in-law, five amazing grandchildren, and great-grandchild! As our Administrative Assistant, Ms. Morrison is excited to meet new families moving to the area, and to assist our current families with the Primrose Experience! She truly enjoys working with children, and has definitely found her home at Primrose School of Bloomingdale!

Mrs. Holland is a vital part of our school. She is our current Education Coordinator and has been with Primrose School of Bloomingdale for over 3 years. Mrs. Holland is here to support our teachers and children in the classrooms.
