An action-packed day full of fun and purposeful play helps toddlers develop Active Minds, Healthy Bodies, and Happy Hearts®. We know 1-year-olds are constantly on the move, exploring and learning through play at every turn. Primrose teachers use that energy and enthusiasm to foster cognitive, social, emotional and physical skills through engaging games and activities.

Health & Safety
Our school is committed to high standards of safety and cleanliness as we create a caring and nurturing environment where children can thrive.
- Requiring any children or staff with respiratory illness symptoms or fever to return home and stay home until fever free for at least 24 hours
- Frequent disinfecting and sanitizing of high-touch toys
- Frequent handwashing by children and staff, which is embedded in our curriculum and daily staff protocols
- Training teachers on common signs of illness in children, and placing signage in every classroom to keep signs of illness top of mind
- Daily laundering of crib sheets for infants; for older children, individual cots and blankets are provided for each child and laundered weekly
- Ensuring appropriate teacher-student classroom ratios
- Continuous health & safety training for our staff, including first aid and CPR certification
- Maintaining an up-to-date and customized Safe School Plan posted in all classrooms for easy teacher access
Our Toddler Classroom Teachers & Staff

Ms. River Kurschinske
Ms. River brings over two years of child care and teaching experience, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Secondary Education. She is passionate about supporting children as they grow, learn, and build meaningful relationships with their peers.
Her favorite children’s book is The Bad Seed, and Thanksgiving is her favorite holiday. One of her most cherished family traditions is opening Christmas presents at midnight.
At home, Ms. River enjoys spending time with her chocolate Labrador, Axel. In her personal time, she loves reading, taking nature walks, and listening to music.

Mrs. Sree Chintalacheruvu
Mrs. Sreelatha has 4 years of experience working with children. She finds working with children to be a truly wonderful and rewarding experience.
Her favorite children’s book is The Cat in the Hat, and Christmas is her favorite holiday. She celebrates Diwali at home and enjoys the family tradition of Bhathukamma. Mrs. Sreelatha speaks Telugu and English and loves spending time with her family.

Mrs. Lauren Scott
Mrs. Lauren Scott brings 10 years of teaching experience and holds a degree in Communications. She has a passion for early childhood education and loves watching children learn, grow, and reach new milestones each day. Mrs. Scott’s favorite children’s book is The Very Hungry Caterpillar, and she enjoys sharing her love of reading with her students. Outside of the classroom, she loves spending time with her family and friends. She is most excited about getting to know the children and families in her classroom and creating a warm, welcoming environment for everyone.
