Ms. Vandana Dubey
Vandana joined Primrose in April 2025 and is excited to be part of the Primrose community. Since joining, she has enjoyed working in an environment that values learning, growth, and teamwork. What Vandana enjoys most about Primrose is the supportive culture and the opportunity to make a positive impact on children and their families every day.

Ms. Syldred Agrait
Syldred Agrait holds a Bachelor’s degree in Art and is originally from Puerto Rico. She moved to Virginia in 2022 and joined Primrose in September of that year as an Assistant Teacher Floater. Syldred enjoys being part of the Primrose team, especially the opportunity to work with children and witness their growth and development throughout the year.

Ms. Swati Kharat
Swati is a dedicated Preschool Teacher with five years of experience nurturing young children during their early learning years. She holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering, which enables her to bring creativity, problem-solving, and structured thinking into the classroom in meaningful, age-appropriate ways. Swati is passionate about the Primrose curriculum and values its balanced, child-centered approach to learning. She is deeply committed to supporting each child’s growth by creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment where they can thrive. Outside of school, Swati enjoys traveling and exploring new cultures, which continually inspires her teaching and connections with students.

Ms. Swathi Vankineni
Ms. Swathi Vankineni is a Preschool Pathways Teacher at Primrose with over three years in her current role and more than ten years of experience in early childhood education. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce and Accountancy and is dedicated to creating a safe, supportive learning environment that promotes children’s social, emotional, and early academic growth. Ms. Vankineni appreciates Primrose’s structured curriculum and collaborative team. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and in nature.

Ms. Suzan Abdalmallek
Suzanne Ghobrial is our Pre-K Teacher at Primrose School and brings a creative background as an interior designer along with nearly 10 years of experience teaching art at the elementary level. She has a deep love for coloring and enjoys learning new painting techniques, which she incorporates into her work with young learners.
Suzanne joined the Primrose community in 2025 and has quickly felt at home, describing the team as one big family. She values the welcoming and supportive environment created by her fellow teachers, all of whom share the same goal of keeping children safe while helping them grow and thrive. Suzanne is married and has three children—one son and two daughters—and feels grateful to be part of a community that truly puts children first.

Ms. Sireesha Vasireddy
Sireesha is a Pre-K Teacher at Primrose School and holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science Engineering. She enjoys working with young learners and values the school’s balanced curriculum, along with the strong support provided by leadership and staff. Sireesha is dedicated to creating a warm, welcoming classroom where children feel comfortable exploring, asking questions, and expressing themselves.
Through engaging activities and positive reinforcement, she supports each child’s social, emotional, and academic development while making learning enjoyable every day. Outside of school, Sireesha enjoys spending quality time with her family.

Ms. Rawan
Rawan Ramamni is our Assistant Principal at Primrose School, bringing both professional experience and a personal connection to our community. She began her journey with Primrose in 2024, as a Pre-K Co-Lead Teacher, where she quickly discovered a school environment that felt like home—one that encourages children to express themselves physically and emotionally as they grow and thrive.
Since joining the Primrose family, Rawan has found the school to be a true second home. She is proud to also have her daughter enrolled at Primrose, confident that she will grow, learn, and become the best version of herself with the support and guidance of our dedicated teaching team.

Ms. Rachel Short
Rachel is our Toddler Teacher and has been a valued member of the Primrose community since August 2019. She holds a degree in History from George Mason University as well as a degree in Early Childhood Education from NOVA. Rachel is passionate about introducing children to their first school experience and finds great joy in watching them grow and learn each day.
She values working alongside a team of devoted and dedicated coworkers who create a supportive environment focused on providing the best possible experience for students. Outside of school, Rachel enjoys spending time with her family and visiting historical museums and sites.

Ms. Mariluz
Mariluz Matamoros joined Primrose in May 2024 and serves as the school’s chef. She is a family-oriented individual who values time at home. Although naturally reserved, she maintains a positive outlook and enjoys learning new skills. Mariluz thrives in team-oriented environments and is highly detail-oriented. She greatly enjoys working at Primrose, and the children especially love her food, which she prepares with care in a positive and welcoming atmosphere.

Ms. Komal Rastogi
Komal is a Preschool Kindergarten Teacher at Primrose School with two years of experience in early childhood education. She holds a postgraduate degree in Business Administration, which supports her strong organizational and creative approach in the classroom.
Since joining Primrose in July, Komal has been grateful to be part of such a positive and nurturing environment. She is inspired daily by children’s curiosity, exploration, and discovery, and her goal is to foster a lifelong love of learning in every child. Komal believes that when children feel safe, supported, and engaged, they truly flourish, and she is committed to creating that kind of classroom experience.
She considers working with young learners a privilege and cherishes every moment spent guiding them.

Ms. Keerti Sachdeo
Keerti Sachdeo is a dedicated teacher at Primrose School who enjoys working with young children and creating a warm, safe classroom where they feel happy, confident, and excited to learn through play and everyday experiences.
Keerti joined the Primrose family in March 2025, beginning at the Ashburn location before moving to Primrose of Broadlands in July 2025. Being part of the Primrose community means a great deal to her, and she values building strong connections with her students. Watching their confidence grow and seeing their curiosity and joy for learning makes her work especially rewarding.

Ms. Kalyani Sridhara
Ms. Kalyani joined Primrose in 2024 and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. Her academic background has helped her develop strong skills in organization, responsibility, and attention to detail.
Outside of work, she enjoys watching movies and spending quality time with her family, which she values greatly. Ms. Kalyani especially enjoys working with toddlers, finding it rewarding to support their early development and witness their growth, curiosity, and milestones. She takes pride in building nurturing relationships with young children and contributing to a positive learning environment.
Her favorite holidays are Thanksgiving and Diwali, as they offer meaningful opportunities to celebrate gratitude, traditions, and time spent with loved ones.

Ms. Joan Smith
Joan Smith is the Kindergarten Teacher at Primrose of Broadlands and joined the Primrose community on March 1, 2021. She holds a degree in Early Childhood Education and brings over 12 years of teaching experience to the classroom. Joan began her career as a K–6 tutor, helping students reach grade-level proficiency in reading, before continuing as a Kindergarten Assistant at Montessori Academy at Belmont Greene and later joining Primrose.
Joan values the Primrose curriculum for its engaging, straightforward approach to reading, writing, and math, which helps children transition smoothly into first grade while building confidence and a love of learning. She especially enjoys teaching kindergarten because of the children’s innocence, warm smiles, enthusiasm, and pride in their accomplishments.

Ms. Devin Fowler
Devin is the Older Infant Teacher and joined Primrose Schools in August 2025. She is passionate about nurturing young children and supporting their growth during these important early years. Devin strongly values education and earned her master’s degree from George Mason University. She is dedicated to creating a safe, loving environment where children can thrive. Outside of the classroom, Devin enjoys swimming, exploring nature, and cooking.

Magda Jacinto
Magda Jacinto serves as the Education Coach for Primrose School of Ashburn and Primrose School of Ashburn at Broadlands. She brings over 20 years of experience in Early Childhood Education and began her journey with Primrose in 2024 as a Preschool Teacher before advancing into her current leadership role. Magda is deeply committed to supporting educators and ensuring high-quality instruction through Primrose’s Balanced Learning® approach, which she values for its thoughtful design and intentional implementation across all age groups. She finds great fulfillment in observing children achieve developmental milestones and build a strong foundation for lifelong learning. Outside of her professional role, Magda enjoys spending time with her husband and three sons, traveling, running races, and engaging in quiet moments with jigsaw puzzles.

Ms. Sharon Davenport
Mrs. Sharon Davenport joined Primrose in August 2019. She grew up in Alabama after living in two countries and five states by the age of six and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Rehabilitation from Troy State University. Supporting children’s growth and development through love, care, and respect is one of her greatest joys. She values partnering with families to help nurture each child’s development.
