My name is Lori Monday, and I am so excited to be part of the Primrose family. I am the Regional School Director for Primrose School of Avon, Primrose School of Westlake, Primrose School of North Ridgeville, and Primrose School of Copley Fairlawn.

I have over 20 years of experience in Early Childhood Education and Special Education, with pleasure of serving as the School Director at Primrose School of Avon since the opening in March 2015.

Prior to that I have been in the early childhood industry since 1993 and have had the pleasure of serving in several roles, which included teaching Pre- Kindergarten, teaching Kindergarten, Supervisor of the Toddler Building, Assistant School Director, School Director. I also have had the privilege of working in the early childhood department of an inter-generational center in Erie, PA. In 2003, I took up the position of a Center Director at a NAEYC Accredited and Step Up to Quality Star 3 rated center. I loved being part of the community and was proud of all the young lives me and my team were impacting.

I am thrilled to be a part of the Primrose Schools family and this exciting journey. All aspects of Primrose school are child focused and take into account the best that early childhood education has to offer. The Primrose philosophy of balanced learning takes into account many trusted theories of education. With these tools we are able to provide the best early childhood education that is offered in the industry.

In my current role, I oversee and act as a liaison between the three schools, working closely with families, staff, respective school directors and the owners Jai & Divya Singh. I look forward to supporting each of you to continue bringing Primrose Schools mission and the quality of service.

My name is Kara Reynolds, and I am the Senior Director of Learning and Enablement. I have over 10 years of childcare experience and I was the school director for the past 4 years at the Primrose School of Westlake. I am married and I have 3 children who have all attended Primrose. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family, going to Cedar Point, and going to the beach!

Hello! My name is Susan Rolston and I want to tell you a little about myself. I have been with Primrose School of Westlake since day one, first as the Assistant School Director and now as the School Director. I love living in Northeast Ohio because I love being close to the lakeshore and downtown Cleveland. I have two children, a daughter and a son. I have taught for more than twenty years and I love when I meet one of my former students out and about and see how they’ve grown. I love to read and listen to music and to learn new things. I’m so excited to be part of the Primrose School of Westlake family.

Hello! My name is Ms. Reid, and I am the Education Coach here at Primrose. I knew I wanted to teach since I was a young child. I have my master’s in education and special education. I have been at Primrose for over 6 years, and I love being able to come to work every day and see how happy the kids are to be here. In my free time I like to cook, spend time with my friends, and snuggle at home with my dog Bear.

Hello! My name is Inas Wahdan, and I am married and have two beautiful children. I have worked in childcare for over 3 years with children of all ages; however, I spent most of my time working with 3–5-year-olds. I have my associate’s in early education from Tri-C. Hi, my name is Eleni Stefa and I have been in the United States for 8 years. I am originally from Athens, Greece. I was studied at the University of Athens in Business Administration. I recieved my Associates of Arts from Cuyahoga Community College. I am so happy and excited to meet all of the kids and seeing them learn and grow. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my 2 sons, my family, and doing outdoor activities. I am most excited to be in a classroom and help the children learn new things!

Hello! I’m Ms. Lucas aka Momma Lucas! I am the Young Toddler teacher here at Primrose School of Westlake. Across the hall, my daughter is the Toddler teacher! I am originally from Peoria, Arizona but now I live in North Olmsted, Ohio with my wonderful children. I love working here at Primrose with all of my Young Toddler friends, seeing how much they learn and grow each and every day!

My name is Ms. Brenot. I was a babysitter for fourteen years and a nanny for two.  I grew up in Lakewood, OH and I lived there my entire childhood. I currently reside in beautiful Cleveland, OH with my two wonderful rescue dogs and little animals. I enjoy visiting new places, hiking, and working on art activities. I am excited to get to know all the children at Primrose and to have the opportunity to learn and grow with them!

Hello! Im Ms. Lucas! I was born and raised in Arizona! I moved here in 2018 to be with my family and I really love being here. I have four brothers, with me being the second oldest. I have worked in childcare since 2015; I started in the Infant room, but really fell in love with Toddlers 🙂

Hello, my name is Ashley Gaytan and I am the Toddler teacher here at Primrose. I moved to Ohio from California in July of 2025. I enjoy playing games, cooking, and cleaning. I have a cat named Bertram. I joined the team in January of 2026 and I am so excited to get to know all of the students and their families!

Hi, my name is Ariel and I am the Early Preschool One teacher here at Primrose. I love getting to know all the students and I have a niece who attends Primrose. It is so amazing to watch her learn new things. I studied Early Childhood Education at Tri-C. Hello, I am Ms. Katona! I have been working in childcare for six years with children ranging from Infants to School Age. I graduated from Olmsted Falls High School and have been working towards some college credits. I have a bulldog named Lola and in my free time I enjoy coloring and spending time with my family.  My goal is to provide a safe, calm, and fun environment for children. I am most excited to help the students use their imaginations and get to know all of the students!

I graduated from Berea High School, and I will be attending Tri-C to obtain my Human Resources degree. In my free time I enjoy going to concerts and driving around in my car to explore new places!

My name is Ms. Tidwell and this is my first experience with children and childcare. I look forward to practicing American Sign Language with the students. I have education in child welfare and will keep what I have learned in mind while working with the children. I have two cats that are my babies. My girl Nibbles and my boy Dipper loves blueberries! Hello, my name is Tatiana Mayo and I am a mom to my son Robert. I am married to my beloved husband  of almost seven years. I graduated in April of 2023 with my Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education. I love being in the classroom, and I feel that is where I am meant to be. I am the Preschool Two teacher here at Primrose. In my free time I love to read and paint. When the weather is nice, I enjoy going to the park or beach with my son.  I also enjoy baking treats. I am so excited to get to know all of the students in my class and create so many great memories!

My name is Nancy Marquard. I live in Fairview Park with my husband Jesse and my two daughters Emily and Kelsey. I have lived in Ohio for almost my entire life, with the exception of five years that I lived in Orlando, Florida. I love to read and watch movies as well as spend time with my family. I started babysitting in High School, which fostered my love of teaching. I graduated from UCF with a degree in Elementary Education and have worked in daycares and schools. I spent some time as a stay-at-home mom and I am so excited to get back into the classroom and meet new friends! I am also excited to share my love of reading and books!

I have been in childcare for over five years in Ohio, but I worked as a nanny for five years in Texas. When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my daughter and boyfriend exploring Ohio. I graduated from North Ridgeville High School in 2019 and I have seven years of childcare experience through babysitting, nannying, and tutoring. I am currently in college to pursue my Bachelor’s in Elementary Education. In my free time I enjoy reading, hiking, and spending time with friends and family. I am most excited about getting to know all of the kids in my class and having the opportunity to witness them learn, grow, and improve!

My name is Diane Kennedy, and this is my thirteenth year teaching Kindergarten. I also taught Pre-Kindergarten for seven years.  I have my bachelor’s degree of Science in Early Childhood Education (K-3) from Kent State University with a concentration in Psychology and Sociology. I was born in New York and raised in Ohio. I am married and have three sons who are young adults. In my free time I enjoy traveling, design, taking pictures, reading, listening to music, and spending time with my family and friends. I love to watch each student blossom as an individual and I am very excited for another great year of learning!

Hello! My name is Ms. Kokodynska and I am very excited to be a part of the Primrose family. I live in Westlake, OH with my husband and two children, Yuriy and Melaniia. I am originally from Ukraine, and I have been in the United States for over a year now. In 2012 I graduated from Rivne State University of Humanities with my master’s degree in Secondary Education, which is teaching English as a second language. I have worked as a tutor and a teacher of ESL at a high school for fourteen years. At that time, I couldn’t imagine that I would teach the adorable and smart children that I have now at Primrose. I am so excited to have the honor of helping your child grow, learn, and improve!

Hi, my name is Markus and I am the Chef here at Primrose. I spend most of my time in the kitchen, however I do help around the building as needed. I enjoy making new foods for the children to try and I love getting high fives and fist bumps throughout the day!
