What success looks like:
Primrose is looking for enthusiastic teachers to plan and implement an ongoing program of activities for our early preschool and preschool-aged children that promote the social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development of each child, in accordance with the Primrose Balanced Learning approach to teaching and learning. Necessary requirements for this critical role include:

  • Previous teaching or assistant teaching position in a licensed early childhood program preferred
  • Must meet basic requirements of local childcare regulatory agency (if not met, we work to provide training)
  • Knowledge of the social, emotional, and creative needs of young children

We believe in building our teachers up. So if you are new to the industry, are curious to learn, and have a passion for children Primrose School of West Des Moines is the place for you.
