Frequently Asked Questions

At what frequency will I be billed?

Monthly tuition is due in advance of the month for which services are provided and will be processed on the 10th day prior to the 1st of each month. Tuition and Billing is handled via our Procare System.
Invoices will be generated and sent out on the 15th of the month prior to the month for which services are provided.

Do you offer financial assistance or scholarships?

We have been approved for Military Fee Assistance programs and we have multiple corporate partnerships with specialized tuition rates.

Are uniforms required at Primrose School of West Bellevue?

Students in the Private Preschool and Pre-Kindergarten classrooms are required to wear uniforms, which helps to build a strong sense of community within the school, create an atmosphere of belonging and boost school spirit. This positivity can affect a child’s attitude toward school and can lead to better learning. Uniforms are worn Monday – Thursday with “free-dress” Fridays. The summer months of July and August are also “free-dress”.

We host an annual uniform exchange program where gently used items from our existing families are donated back to parents to select 1 – 3 items to use for the new school year.

What child development assessments do you conduct with my child that are included in tuition?

Primrose Schools uses a Balanced Assessment approach which includes developmental screeners, nationally normed academic measures and observational tools to represent the “whole child” and help provide the best support to students and their families.

What curriculum does Primrose School of West Bellevue use?

The Primrose-exclusive, time-tested Balanced Learning® approach balances purposeful play with nurturing guidance from teachers to encourage curiosity, creativity, confidence and compassion. Created from the best early education wisdom, the curriculum includes an intentional sequence of daily classroom experiences that foster intellectual, creative, physical and social-emotional development from Infant through Kindergarten programs. It allows teachers to focus on building relationships and adapting the learning journey for each child’s skill mastery rather than lesson planning.

Do you have an app?

Yes, we provide real-time updates on your child’s day via the Procare app.
