Mark Worsham and Sakina Hassam

Welcome to Primrose School of Wellington! We are proud to bring high-quality preschool and child care to young children and families in the Flower Mound, Texas, community.

Our Primrose journey is shaped by both professional experience and personal connection. As a Primrose parent, Mark saw firsthand the exceptional care, operations and dedication of the staff when his children attended another Primrose school. That experience, along with his work consulting in the child care space and serving as Chief Financial Officer of the Konrad Group, inspired a deep commitment to quality early education and to creating a safe, enriching environment for children, families and staff. Sakina’s Primrose journey began in 1999 and spans more than two decades. She has served as a classroom teacher, Curriculum and Admissions Director and proud mother of three Primrose graduates. After years of supporting schools and families, she was inspired to take the step into ownership.

Mark grew up in the Dallas–Fort Worth area and holds bachelor’s degrees in Spanish and international business, as well as an MBA in finance. Sakina brings extensive experience in early childhood education and school leadership.

At Primrose, we believe who children become is as important as what they know. Our exclusive early learning approach balances purposeful play with nurturing guidance from teachers to encourage curiosity, creativity, confidence and compassion. We deliver more than a curriculum; it’s a life-changing experience for children and their families.
