Early Preschool teachers provide a safe, nurturing environment where your child can explore and stretch their talents to the fullest all while building self-confidence. Health & Safety
Our school is committed to high standards of safety and cleanliness as we create a caring and nurturing environment where children can thrive.
- Requiring any children or staff with respiratory illness symptoms or fever to return home and stay home until fever free for at least 24 hours
- Frequent disinfecting and sanitizing of high-touch toys
- Frequent handwashing by children and staff, which is embedded in our curriculum and daily staff protocols
- Training teachers on common signs of illness in children, and placing signage in every classroom to keep signs of illness top of mind
- Daily laundering of crib sheets for infants; for older children, individual cots and blankets are provided for each child and laundered weekly
- Ensuring appropriate teacher-student classroom ratios
- Continuous health & safety training for our staff, including first aid and CPR certification
- Maintaining an up-to-date and customized Safe School Plan posted in all classrooms for easy teacher access

Ms. Kisha
Hello, my name is LaKisha and I am an Early Preschool Teacher at Primrose School at Waterside Estates. My favorite thing about Primrose is that we have a curriculum that is designed to integrate play-base learning. What i love about this age group is that they are curious, expressive, developing a sense of independence, and making interactions (both hilarious and heartwarming)!
A fun fact about me is at the age of 17 I was offered a record deal.

Ms. Tammy
Hello, my name is Tammy and I am an Early Preschool Teacher at Primrose School at Waterside Estates. My favorite things about Primrose are the curriculum, strategies, and community. I love watching the children in my class grow and expand their vocabulary. My favorite curriculum subject is Wonder Time 2, because it combines reading, identifying and creating. Ally the Bunny is my favorite Primrose friend.
A fun fact about me is I am a huge Beyonce fan.

Ms. McKenzie
Hello, my name is McKenzie and I am an Early Preschool Teacher at Primrose School at Waterside Estates. This is my first teaching experience and my favorite children’s book is, Mother Goose. The thing that I enjoy most about working with children is seeing their enthusiasm.
A few fun facts about me are that my favorite colors are pink and lavender, and I love to watch movies!

Ms. Nikki
Hello, my name is Ms. Nikki and I am an Early Preschool Teacher at Primrose School at Waterside Estates. I have taught for 23 years and my favorite children’s book is Chicka Chicka Boom Boom. The thing that I enjoy most about working with children is being able to watch them grow and teach them new things.
A few fun facts about me are that my favorite colors are burgundy and purple. I enjoy shopping, and playing bingo. Molly the Cow is my favorite Primrose Friend because she reminds us to be kind to others.
