Kelly Willis is the Executive Director for Primrose Schools in Arizona and a passionate advocate for young children and the families who love them. With years of experience supporting early learning programs and working closely with educators and families, Kelly is deeply committed to creating nurturing, high-quality school environments where every child feels safe, supported, and excited to learn.

Kelly believes that early childhood education is about more than academics—it’s about building confidence, kindness, and a strong foundation for lifelong learning. She works closely with school leaders and teachers across Arizona to ensure Primrose schools remain welcoming spaces where children of all abilities can thrive and families feel truly connected and heard.

Kelly is proud to partner with families and communities in supporting each child’s unique journey and helping them shine during these important early years.

I am the oldest of 4 siblings. I like to spend time with my family and friends. My favorite thing about working with children is building those relationships and being a part of their growth.

My name is Ms.Heusted!  I have over 30 years of experience in the ECE industry. I love working with children but find so much joy teaching the 1 yr olds! I am proud to say that Primrose has a special place in my heart and have been a part of Primrose for over 16 years! I can’t wait to meet each and every single one of you!

I have been a cook for over 20 years! I love cooking and to see the joy of the children’s face when they eat my food! I learned to cook as a little girl and learned a lot of good cooking from my mom. I always cook for my family and always say “There is nothing better than a hot, home cooked meal!”

I am the second oldest of 3! I have an older brother and a younger sister. I moved down to Arizona in 2017 from Chicago and have been living here since then. I am new to Primrose but have been loving every step of the way. I am so excited to learn more!
