Monday, January 21 celebrates the life and legacy of Martin Luther King Jr. In honor of this day, our Pre-Kindergarten classes shared their dreams with the rest of the school. We can’t wait to see all those Primrose dreams come true!

Sunday, November 11 commemorates our Veterans. In honor of this day, our families shared photos of the Veterans in their lives. Our students loved being able to express their gratitude for those brave members of their families!
Join us on January 18th at 3:30p.m. for our 15th anniversary parade. We are celebrating 15 years of educating young children in the community.We are proud to have been the first Primrose in San Antonio. We were also the only Primrose in San Antonio that sought and was awarded a second accreditation back in 2012.Since opening its doors in 2004, more than 2,000 children have had the opportunity to develop the right foundation for success in learning and in life after spending time at Primrose School of Stone Oak. We could not have come this far without the support of our parents, teachers and everyone in the community!
The challenges that preschoolers face, such as learning to take turns on the slide at recess, can sometimes seem miniscule to adults.

It’s no secret that bilingualism is becoming more common among today’s children.
Our Mud Pies program helps our students learn how to take care of our vegetables and herbs in our Primrose Patch. Pre-K has been doing an excellent job making sure that our squash, basil and peppermint endure the Texas heat!
If you would like some free peppermint stop by the primrose Patch and harvest what you need. People use peppermint in food and drinks for flavor or for fragrance. Whatever you need or want it for come by and get some.

Teaching a child to tie her shoes is an important developmental milestone – parents dream of the day that securing sneakers onto a squirming toddler is no longer a part of their morning routine.
Aug 27th marks the official first day of the academic school year. We are looking forwards to another great year. This will be our 16th Pre-Kindergarten class that will be graduating in June. Welcome Back and let’s have a fantastic Academic School Year!
