Mrs. Jordan
Jordan has been with Primrose since 2011. She worked in the Early Preschool and Preschool Pathways classes before being promoted to Assistant Director in 2013, and then became our Operations Director in 2014. She was promoted to Area Director in 2019, and now oversees our 3 locations. Jordan graduated from Texas Women’s University in 2011 with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology.
Jordan has been married for 11 years now and they have three daughters – Cheyenne, Seyla, and Wren! They have settled down in Fort Worth where they enjoy spending time with family on the weekends. Primrose has all the values and goals that Jordan wants for her children and she loves helping them achieve those goals each and every day. She oversees Primrose School of Southlake, Grapevine-Colleyville, and Hidden Lakes as our Area Director.
Mrs. Courtney
Courtney has been with our Primrose family since 2011. She taught in our Preschool Pathways and Pre-Kindergarten classrooms as the Lead Teacher. In 2016, she was promoted to Admissions Director at Primrose School of Southlake. In May of 2021, she was promoted to Operations Director.
Courtney graduated from Texas Wesleyan University in 2011 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Liberal Studies. She also completed the Texas Teachers Program.
Courtney lives in Haslet with her husband, Vincent, and 2 black labs, Lola & Bella. They enjoy going to the lake, grilling and spending time with family.
Ms. Amy
Amy has been apart of our Primrose Family since 2019. She began her teaching career in our Preschool Pathways Classroom as a Co-Lead Teacher and taught as a Lead Teacher in our Pre-Kindergarten Pathways Classroom. Amy is from Fort Worth, TX and graduated from Hardin-Simmons University in 2019 where she recieved her Bachelor’s degree in Musical Theatre. Amy resides in Keller, TX and in her free time she enjoys spending time with her family and traveling! Amy is excited for her future growth & development with her Primrose Southlake Family!
Ms. Heather
Heather has been with our Primrose family since 2012. She started her Primrose career as Assistant Director at Primrose Southlake when her son was in our Young Toddler program. She later transferred as Curriculum Director to our Hidden Lakes location. In May 2021, Heather was excited to transfer back here to where it all started!
Heather graduated from Benedictine University in Illinois with a Master’s in Organizational Development.
Heather loves helping our incredible teaching team further their effectiveness in the classroom with collaboration, coaching, and tons of brainstorming.
Ms. Veronica
Ms. Veronica graduated from the University of North Texas with a degree in Education. She has previous experience teaching at Primrose & in the public schools. Veronica enjoys spending time with her family & loves catering to those within her church community. She is eager to take on this new role to help build & maintain the Primrose quality you all know & love.

Josh and Rosemary Briggle
It has been a dream come true to spend each day at our schools, building our amazing team and establishing our reputation in the community that we love. In December of 2012 we became the proud owners of our initial location, Primrose School of Southlake. Soon after, in April of 2014, we acquired our next campus Primrose School at Hidden Lakes and January of 2018 we were very excited to have Primrose School of Grapevine Colleyville as our third location.
Upon graduating from Texas A&M University, Rosemary was hired at Primrose School at Hidden Lakes in 2002 as the Assistant Director. She was later promoted to Director and finally Area Director; working between Primrose School of Southlake and Hidden Lakes for the next 10 years. Josh also graduated from Texas A&M and spent 11 years working for a large manufacturing company in the area. Both Josh and Rosemary are hands on owners who are actively involved in the day to day operations of the school.
We currently live in Southlake with our two amazing girls, Kaylin, a Senior at Carroll High and Karsyn, a Sophomore at Carroll High.
We want to assure you that our plan is to uphold the highest of standards and continue to provide and enhance the quality you expect from Primrose Schools. We are committed to providing a learning environment that is both safe and happy. At all of our locations we practice an open door policy. We encourage you to stop by the office any time to ask questions, learn more about our programs, ask about your child’s progress or simply share your thoughts.
