Kelly Britton
I’m Kelly Britton, and I take great pride in serving as the Executive Director of Primrose School of South Plano. With a solid background spanning seventeen years in early childhood education, I obtained my Bachelor of Applied Arts and Sciences (BAAS) degree in Early Childhood Education and Business Administration from the University of North Texas. I furthered my education by earning a Master’s in Early Childhood Education and Curriculum Instruction from Concordia University.
My unwavering commitment to working with children stems from the satisfaction of knowing that I play a role in equipping them with the tools they need to excel in their educational pursuits. At Primrose School of South Plano, I consider it an honor to serve the children and families dedicated to providing a safe, healthy learning environment. My mission is to continue the vision of Primrose, ensuring that we deliver the highest-quality early childhood education to every student in our care.
Outside my professional role, I actively engage in community service and reside in Rockwall with my husband and four children. My involvement includes serving on various youth organization boards, including a two-term presidency of the Education at Our Savior Lutheran Church and my current role as the Treasurer for the Texas Licensed Child Care Association.

Hello! I am Najiyyah Crayton, proud Franchise Owner of Primrose School of South Plano. As a Primrose parent, I am thrilled to bring the Primrose experience—offering premier early education and care—to families in the Plano community and the surrounding Dallas-Fort Worth area.
I am a proud mother of three wonderful children—two sons and a daughter. I first discovered Primrose while searching for a high-quality early education and care provider for my son, Patrick. After touring a Primrose school, I was genuinely impressed by everything it offered. From the exclusive Balanced Learning® curriculum to the warm, family atmosphere, I didn’t hesitate to enroll Patrick—and later his younger brother, Preston. Once we opened in early 2015, my sons attended Primrose School of South Plano’s Explorers after-school program and summer camps.
As a working parent, I understand the complexities of finding a premier preschool provider focusing on children’s social, emotional, intellectual, and physical development. I am deeply committed to creating a safe and nurturing environment at our school while also providing parents with peace of mind—knowing their children are in a place where they can grow their Active Minds, Healthy Bodies, and Happy Hearts®.

Hello! I am Najiyyah Crayton, proud Franchise Owner of Primrose School of South Plano. As a Primrose parent, I am thrilled to bring the Primrose experience—offering premier early education and care—to families in the Plano community and the surrounding Dallas-Fort Worth area.
