Gary Baude
The Primrose School of Sixes Road, serving the Canton, Holly Springs, Woodstock, Kennesaw, Marietta and Acworth area, is owned and operated by Mr. Gary Baude and his business partner Mrs. Patricia (Trish) Crowe.
Gary spent his entire career with one company in various management positions and most recently served as the chief executive of a division within a global logistics company. He has been involved in the Primrose family for over 30 years. His two sons, Joseph (32) and Jordan (31) attended and graduated from Primrose School of Peachtree Corners. His sister Mrs. Jo Kirchner has been with Primrose for over 35 years and served as the CEO, and now as Chairwoman of the Board for the Primrose School Franchising Company, with over 450 schools, located in Atlanta, GA. His brother and his wife, Ken & Anita owned and operated the Primrose School of Leawood Kansas and his niece and her husband, Keri & Carl Stoltz own and operate the Primrose School of Midtown in Atlanta. It truly is a family affair! We take great pride in the quality and longevity of our staff, some of whom have been with us for more than 20 years! Our goal is to always make you feel welcome with a friendly smile and warm greeting whenever you come in.
Mrs. Trish Crowe is the Chief Operating Officer of Primrose School of Sixes Road and Primrose School of Bells Ferry. She currently holds a BS in Elementary Education, a M.Ed in Educational Leadership, and a Specialist Degree in Reading. She taught Kindergarten through third grade, gifted, as well as EIP over the span of 17 years in the Douglas and Cobb County School Systems. After 17 years of teaching, Mrs. Crowe opened a Sunbrook Academy in Smyrna, Georgia and owned the school for 7 years before selling the school to a large corporation. Her goal is to inspire the school leaders to strive for constant learning through professional development, always be open to change, and view every challenge as an opportunity to grow. After all, we are “forging a path that leads to a brighter future for all children”.
Teamed with our School Director Ms. Melissa Wright, Assistant Director, Ms. Terika King, Director of Education, Mrs. Alice Casagrande, Curriculum Coach Ms. Amanda Thompson, and their professional staff share the goal of providing children with the most nurturing and loving environment while achieving excellence in the delivery of our curriculum. These ladies all have a wealth of experience and a unique passion for children and early childhood education. Are all staff members background-checked and CPR/first-aid certified?
Yes. Every Primrose staff member undergoes a thorough background check before joining our school. All staff are also CPR and first–aid certified, so you can feel confident your child is in safe, prepared hands every day.
What curriculum or educational philosophy do you follow?
Our school uses the proprietary Primrose Schools Balanced Learning® curriculum, which is research-informed and designed to nurture the whole child — intellectually, socially, emotionally and physically. We believe in balancing teacher-guided learning with purposeful play to build a strong foundation for the future.
How do you support school readiness and the transition to kindergarten?
All of our programs are designed in age-appropriate ways to prepare children for kindergarten and beyond. We focus on early literacy and numeracy as well as social-emotional skill development — so children arrive at kindergarten confident and ready to thrive. 96% of Primrose Schools Pre-K students met ASQ benchmarks for problem solving.*

We are open Monday through Friday from 6:30 am-6:30 pm.
