The health and safety of our staff and the children entrusted to our care is our top priority. We are proud to maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness while maintaining a caring and nurturing environment where children can thrive.

Health & Safety Practices in Place

  • Due to COVID-19, some of our illness policies and practices has been changed.
    • We are following the current guidelines set by the health department for exclusion for illness and when testing for COVID-19 is required.
    • For all illness symptoms children should remain home a minimum of 24-48 hours after symptoms have resolved.
  • Daily staff and student health checks including temperature readings at arrival.
  • Daily disinfecting and sanitizing of toys and high touch areas.
  • Frequent handwashing by children and staff, which is embedded in our curriculum and daily staff protocols.
  • Weekly electrostatic disinfecting of the entire school.
  • Daily laundering of crib sheets for infants; for older children, individual cots and blankets are provided for each child and laundered weekly
  • Ensuring appropriate teacher-student classroom ratios, along with creating cohorts of a maximum of two classrooms.
  • Continuous health & safety training for our staff, including standard precautions, first aid and CPR certification
  • Maintaining an up-to-date and customized Safe School Plan posted in all classrooms for easy teacher access
