The health and safety of our staff and the children entrusted to our care is our top priority. We are proud to maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness while maintaining a caring and nurturing environment where children can thrive.

Health & Safety Practices in Place

  • Due to COVID-19, some of our illness policies and practices has been changed.
    • Requiring any children or staff with COVID-19 symptoms including a fever will need to be immediately removed from the school and cannot return until symptom free for a minimum of 72 hours or they can return after 24 hours of being symptom free with proof of a negative COVID test.
    • For other illness symptoms students and staff must not return until symptom free for a minimum of 24 hours.
  • Daily staff and student health checks including temperature readings at arrival.
  • Daily disinfecting and sanitizing of toys and high touch areas.
  • Frequent handwashing by children and staff, which is embedded in our curriculum and daily staff protocols.
  • Weekly electrostatic disinfecting of entire school.
  • Daily laundering of crib sheets for infants; for older children, individual cots and blankets are provided for each child and laundered weekly
  • Ensuring appropriate teacher-student classroom ratios
  • Continuous health & safety training for our staff, including standard precautions, first aid and CPR certification
  • Maintaining an up-to-date and customized Safe School Plan posted in all classrooms for easy teacher access
