Catherine Dawley
Director of Operations

Hello! My name is Catherine Dawley, and I’m thrilled to be joining the Rockland Primrose team!

I bring a strong background in Early Childhood Education, with extensive hands-on experience. My passion for teaching began in high school when I worked at a childcare center after school. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Special Education, and Human Development from Rivier College, and later completed my Master’s Degree in Curriculum and Instruction at Southern New Hampshire University. Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to teach Private Kindergarten and Kindergarten Prep, as well as work extensively in Infant, Toddler, and Preschool classrooms. Most recently, I served as both Assistant Director and Center Director at a center with eight classrooms over the past five years.

A few fun facts about me: I’m a huge Harry Potter fan (Gryffindor Pride!), cows are my absolute favorite animal—they always make me smile. I’m also the only left-handed person in my family, which makes me feel a little extra unique! In my free time, I love challenging my brain with puzzles, especially Sudoku and word searches. My husband and I recently purchased our first home in South Weymouth in August 2024, and we’ve been enjoying the process of renovating and spending time outdoors on our patio as the weather warms up.

I’m excited to bring my experience and dedication to the Primrose community and to support your child(ren)’s early learning journey!

Rebecca Morin
Rebecca Morin
Assistant Director

Hello, my name is Rebecca. My journey in the field of education began in 2010 following my honorable discharge from the United States Navy. Since then, I have pursued studies in both Elementary and Early Childhood Education and have gained valuable experience working with children across a wide range of age groups.

My passion lies in early education, as I believe it establishes the foundation for lifelong learning. I find great fulfillment in helping children recognize their unique strengths and supporting them through important developmental milestones.

As a mother to a teenage daughter, I have gained personal insight that has deepened my understanding and approach to working with children. This experience has taught me the importance of patience and meeting children where they are in their growth and development.

Outside of work, I enjoy crocheting, watching movies, reading, and spending quality time with my daughter and our three beloved cats.

I am truly excited to begin this new chapter at Primrose Schools. This opportunity allows me to continue sharing my dedication to early childhood education in a nurturing and inspiring environment. I look forward to connecting with each of you and contributing positively to our school community.

Ritu and Raj Biyani

Hello, we are Ritu and Raj; the proud parents of our daughter, Aarya, and our son, Arohan. We are very excited to have the opportunity to bring Primrose School of Rockland to the South Shore community.

As parents, we understand the challenges of finding quality care for children that provides excellent caring, education, and a safe environment. We faced similar challenges and then we came across Primrose Schools. We were amazed by Primrose’s outstanding approach to education, its accredited curriculum, and its character development programs. We were so pleased with our child’s progress in learning and growing that we decided to open our own Primrose school. Prior to Primrose, we were in corporate jobs serving different roles in the technology field. Opening Primrose School of Rockland provides us with the best opportunity to nurture children and align with our life’s purpose.

Who children become is as important as what they know is a belief that is at the core of our Balanced Learning® approach. Our exclusive early learning approach balances purposeful play with nurturing guidance from teachers to encourage curiosity, creativity, confidence, and compassion. We deliver more than a curriculum; it’s a life-changing early learning experience for children and their families.

We are committed to providing the highest quality care and education to children. We are looking forward to providing your children with a home away from home, building wonderful relationships with you, and serving the community.

We are excited to meet you and your family!

Our family would love to meet yours.
