Ms. Kathryn
I am originally from Texas and moved to Washington in 2026. I have a Bachelor of Arts in Education from University of North Texas, and previous experience as a Behavioral Therapist. I have over 10 years of experience in education, including 4 years as a Director. Throughout my journey, I discovered a deep passion for early childhood education and helping young learners build a strong foundation for lifelong success. I am eager to dive in and become an active part of the Redmond community.

I am originally from Kathmandu, Nepal. I previously worked as a Line Cook at The Hyatt Regency Hotel in Nepal for three years, and later owned Hotel Mountain View for two years. After moving to the United States over ten years ago, I served as Head Chef at Nirmal’s Cuisine for nine years. I have been with Primrose School of Redmond since we opened and truly enjoy working alongside our wonderful teachers and children.
Ms. Marelin
I am currently going to school with plans to be a Kindergarten teacher. I have a passion for working with children and have recently considered becoming a NICU nurse. I have the best of both worlds working with Infants at Primrose and watching them learn and grow while also providing an environment that is positive and nurturing. I have 3 years experience working with children and am also fluent in Spanish.
Ms. Marisol

I am originally from Texas where I received my Child Development Associate and obtained my ECE credentials. I am currently continuing my education in Early Childhood locally. I have almost 4 years experience working with children of all ages and have a big family with children and grandchildren of my own. I am passionate about teaching and creating a warm and welcoming environment for children where they feel safe and loved. I can’t wait to meet you and your family.
Ms. Mansi
I am originally from India and I am a mom. I currently have a Bachelor’s of Science and have worked with children for over 3 years. I enjoy watching the children learn, grow and reach new milestones each day.
Ms. Faiza
I am originally from Pakistan where I obtained a degree in Education. I have 12 years of experience working with children, including leadership and management roles and I am currently pursuing my degree in ECE in the US. I am passionate about creating a nurturing, fun and engaging environment where kids feel safe to learn, grow and explore. I love building strong relationships with families–celebrating each child’s unique milestones and achievements.
Ms. Yessenia
I’m originally from Ecuador. I have experience working in Early Childhood Education for 5 years in Ecuador and 3 years in the US. I recently graduated with my degree in Early Childhood Education. I enjoy watching movies, going for walks with my children and spending time with my family. I value building warm, trusting relationships with families and working together to support each child’s growth and development.
Ms. Rachel
I have a Master of Art in Education and have also obtained my Washington Teacher’s Certification. I have previously worked as a nanny, a para educator and a substitute teacher for a combined 3 years. I have an orange tabby cat named Jacques and a dog named Huxley that I love very much. I love working with children and seeing them grow and learn new skills.

I am originally from Pakistan and have over 1o years of international experience in Early Childhood Education, having worked in New Zealand, Australia, and the USA. I am passionate about working with children and supporting child growth and development. Seeing children learn new skills, gain confidence, and reach important milesstones brings me great joy and fulfillment.
Ms. Alpa
I have a wonderful family that includes my 7-year-old daughter and 12-year-old son. My husband works in the IT industry. I have experience working with children ages 1–5, and it is very important to me to provide a nurturing, safe, and supportive environment for all children. I’m truly looking forward to working with our Primrose families.
Ms. Shilpi
I currently have my Masters in Environmental Science and was also an art teacher since 2024 and volunteered in public schools for 1 year. I enjoy working with all ages and watching each child learn and grow each day.

Welcome to Primrose School of Redmond!
Meet Pankil and Lipi Patel. The proud owners of Primrose School of Bothell, and now the proud owners of Primrose School of Redmond – the Patel’s are excited to become full-time residents of the Bothell community and share the premier educational Primrose experience with families across the Seattle Metropolitan area.
After marrying in 2008 and being blessed with their daughter Pearl in 2013, Pankil and Lipi began looking for high-quality childcare that they could trust. The struggle to find a facility with which they felt comfortable resulted in Lipi choosing to stay home for the first three critically important years of Pearl’s life. Lipi understands that not all families have that option and is genuinely thrilled to offer a safe and nurturing “home away from home” experience for our future generations.
Pankil and Lipi were first introduced to Primrose Schools by their uncle, a proud Primrose owner. When they saw the Primrose Schools Balanced Curriculum® in action and realized first-hand how the program naturally instills curiosity and a love for learning in children, they knew that they had found an environment in which their daughter could thrive. Within that environment, they also found a community of educators and fellow parents committed to the same values of holistic learning that they were.
Coming from a business development and management background, Pankil naturally wanted to bring the Primrose Experience to other communities. Pankil knows and understands the value of entrepreneurship and hard work. Once a motel desk clerk, Pankil quickly learned the value of excellent customer service and guest satisfaction. He coupled his life experience with hospitality management, resulting in his co-ownership of number of hotels establishments.
Lipi, who met her future husband while finishing her own degree in hospitality management is used to working side by side with her husband. After taking a break from her ‘nine to five’ career to care for their daughter Pearl, Lipi is eager to return to their partnership and help build an Early Childhood Education Center which will positively impact their new community.
“The Primrose core value that “Who children become is as important as what they know,” aligns beautifully with our own beliefs that children need guidance on these most important life skills,” says Lipi. The character development program is at the heart of Primrose Schools and is embedded into daily experiences for children, helping foster social and emotional skills that will influence their development for life.
After attending Primrose School of Evergreen this summer in California, Pearl is excited to move to Washington and share her own experience with other families.
