Danielle began her journey in childcare 20 years ago. Danielle has a degree in Early Childhood Education with a minor in Special Education.

As Executive Director with Early Foundations, Sarah is proud to be part of a team that goes above and beyond to ensure each school reflects these values.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family—whether it’s cooking in the kitchen, dining at her favorite restaurant, watching Captain American, or getting lost in a great book.

Tiffany Patton is a dedicated Director with over 40 years of experience in early childhood education. Throughout a long and impactful career, Tiffany has remained committed to excellence, fostering environments where children can grow, learn, and thrive. A passionate leader, Tiffany inspires both young learners and educators, creating a supportive atmosphere where everyone can succeed.

Tiffany is a proud spouse and parent of two children, and family remains at the heart of everything Tiffany does. In free time, Tiffany enjoys spending time with family and caring for two beloved dogs.

Tiffany joined the Early Foundations team in 2026 and is excited to bring the power of the Primrose Balanced Learning® curriculum to Queen Creek. Tiffany looks forward to serving as School Director at Primrose School, creating a nurturing, loving environment where education and development are both fun and meaningful for every child.

Kailey brings over 10 years of experience in early childhood education and a true passion for helping young children learn and grow. She is dedicated to creating a warm, nurturing environment where children feel supported, confident, and excited to explore the world around them.

Outside of the classroom, Kailey is a loving spouse who enjoys spending quality time with family. She has a deep love for music and finds joy in singing during free time, bringing creativity and positive energy into both personal and professional life.

Kailey joined the Primrose family in 2026 and is excited to bring the Primrose Balanced Learning® approach to Queen Creek, helping create meaningful and engaging experiences for every child.
