I’m from Albuquerque, New Mexico where I grew up with my parents, an older brother and an older sister that both have families of their own. In 2016, I met my husband playing sand volleyball which is one of our favorite things to do! We got married in 2019 and welcomed our beautiful son in June of 2021.

I’ve always had a passion for teaching and working with young children and was fortunate enough to become a teacher here at Primrose for three and a half years before being promoted to Admissions Coordinator in September of 2020 and then Director in April of 2022. I enjoy being able to connect with the students in the classrooms and the parents that I see and meet every day! I always look forward to coming into work to feel the warmth and sincerity that our families, staff, and owners share for our school. I look forward to working with you all!

I am originally from Cache Valley, UT.  Working with children has been the greatest privilege I have experienced. I am one of three siblings and I love my family dearly. My favorite title is “Auntie K” by my four nieces and four nephews. In my free time, I enjoy being around the water or on the baseball diamond in a pick-up game of softball. I have been with Primrose since 2019 and in June of 2023 joined the leadership team.

Hello! My name is Ms. Lopez and I was born in Palo Alto, California but my parents moved back to Mexico when I was a baby.

My first language is Spanish. At the age of 5 we moved back to the USA, and I grew up in Dallas. I then moved back to Mexico to attend the University of UVAQ . I am an energetic person that loves to travel and visit new places. I could say that one of my hobbies is to dance and read. I love all kinds of food.

Hi, I am Mrs. Michelle. I am from Las Cruces, NM. I have been married to my Navy veteran for since 2006. We have 3 beautiful children who attend school here in Pflugerville. I have been working with children for most of my life and have been a part of the Primrose family since 2018. I recently earned my CDA in early childhood. I enjoy reading, and movies, and you can find me at the baseball fields with my kids. I’ve been active with my child’s baseball organization as team parent coordinator, sponsorship director, and president of a local non-profit MOM’s club.

Hi! I’m Lizbeth, and I’m proud to be part of the teaching team here. I was born and raised in Austin, Texas, and I have a big brother and sister who have always inspired me. I graduated from high school in 2021, the same year I began working with children—and I’ve loved it ever since! Before joining this school, I worked as an infant teacher at a preschool, where I discovered just how rewarding it is to help little ones learn and grow. Hello, my name is  Mrs. Lorena, I was born in Chihuahua, Mexico.  I moved to Austin in 2002. I got married in 2001 and we have a beautiful daughter named Jackie, she just turned 21 yrs old and moved to Houston to go to school.  I have my bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from a University in Mexico.  I speak mostly Spanish.  I have worked with children for more then 25 years.  I also have my Childhood Development Associate, (CDA) in Early Childhood.    I love traveling and discovering new adventures.

Hi! My name is Ms. Susie, and I’m originally from Portland, Oregon. I grew up with two siblings and graduated high school in 2021. After high school, I attended Clackamas Community College for two years, where I studied nursing and developed a strong interest in caring for others. Outside of the classroom, I love spending time outdoors, especially going on hikes and exploring nature. I’m also beginning to learn needlepoint, which has been a fun and creative new hobby for me. When it comes to food, pasta is my favorite—any kind will do! I’m excited to be part of this school community and look forward to building meaningful relationships with our students and families while supporting each child’s growth and learning.

Hi, I’m Ms. Cerena! I grew up in Cedar Creek, Texas as the youngest of three, and I’ve always loved learning and trying new things. I attended a dual credit high school and am currently studying at Austin Community College, working toward my Bachelor of Applied Science in Software Development. Hi, I’m Jasmariah, but everyone calls me Jazz! I was born in Waco, Texas, and spent much of my life growing up in Austin. I come from a big family with four brothers, and I’m especially close to the ones on my mom’s side. After graduating high school in May 2024, I went straight to cosmetology school and proudly graduated in May 2025.In my free time, I love planning parties, decorating, and spending time with friends. I also enjoy relaxing at home when I can—sometimes there’s nothing better than a quiet day in. My favorite foods range from Chick-fil-A and Taco Bell to seafood, lasagna, and mac and cheese! I’m so excited to bring my creativity, enthusiasm, and love of working with others into the classroom!

Hi! I’m Kallie. I grew up in Victoria, TX, where I lived until 2023 before moving to Austin to be with my husband. Since then, we’ve added three amazing Hound dogs—Ellie, Diesel, and Emmie—to our family, and they mean the world to us. Hi there! My name is Ms. Jackalyn, but I prefer to go by Ms. Jacki. I grew up in an Air Force family, so I’ve had the opportunity to travel all over the place—including England! I have an older sister with two children and a younger brother. I’m a proud cat mom to two cats who mean the world to me. I’m also a huge Taylor Swift fan and could happily talk about her all day! In the past, I worked at a 24/7 emergency children’s shelter, where I supported children who relied on staff for their daily care and needs. I am currently working toward becoming a pediatric nurse and hope to achieve that goal in the next few years. In my free time, I enjoy crocheting and would love to make something special if you ever ask! I also love trying different foods and drinks—although I do have a kiwi allergy. Hello, my name is Mrs. Achabou, and I am delighted to be a Preschool teacher! I bring over 10 years of experience working with children and families and have a true passion for creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for every child. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education in French (K–12) from École Normale Supérieure des Enseignants in Algeria, my home country. Before moving to the United States with my family, I taught high school for a year, and since then I have continued to dedicate my career to early childhood education. Outside of the classroom, I love spending time with my family, crocheting special pieces for loved ones, painting, and reading in multiple languages, including Arabic and French. I look forward to getting to know you and your children this year. Together, we will build a joyful classroom community filled with learning, laughter, and care.

My husband and I have been happily married for 43 years, and in September 2025, we made the move from Hartly, Delaware to Hutto, Texas. We now enjoy having our 7-year-old granddaughter living with us. I have over 20 years of experience running an in-home daycare, along with 4 years working in a childcare center. Caring for and supporting children has truly been a lifelong passion of mine. I have been married for 26 years and have 2 children, Maleek – 22 & Mila – 13, and 2 fur babies Amber and Autumn!  My passion for Early childhood Education started back in 1999. Over these past 25 yrs of experience, I have had many roles including being a director.  I truly love teaching Pre-K and providing the children with a safe and nurturing environment.  I’m so excited to teach your child and watch them grow!

Hi, I’m Mrs. Hagins! I recently graduated from Chapman University in Orange, California with a degree in Psychology. Before joining the Primrose team, I worked as an ABA therapist—and I absolutely love supporting young children as they grow, learn, and discover the world around them. I was born in Miami, Florida, but spent most of my life in Wellesley, Massachusetts. As one of five siblings (and the only girl!), I grew up surrounded by sports and activity. I played Division III lacrosse in college, so staying active and encouraging healthy movement is something I bring into the classroom every day.

In my free time, I enjoy lifting weights at the gym and playing video games on lazy days with my two cats. Although I was born in Waco, I moved to the Austin area when I was eight years old and have lived here ever since. Nurturing children as they grow into their unique selves is a true passion of mine and incredibly rewarding. I joined Primrose in May of 2016 with over 15 years of experience in early childhood education and my Child Development degree, specializing in Preschool. I am married and we have a son named Simon. My favorite thing to do is spend time with my family and watching Simon grow and learn!

Hi! My name is Ms. Alondra, and I am 20 years old and have lived in Texas my entire life. I am the oldest of three children and have one brother and one sister. Hi, I’m Ms. Angelica! I’m so excited to be joining the Primrose family! I earned my Associate of Arts in Teaching from Austin Community College in 2022 and have always had a passion for learning and trying new things—especially in the kitchen. I love cooking and baking new recipes whenever I can. I was born in Fountain Valley, California, but Texas has been home since 2006. You can often find me exploring my favorite grocery store, H-E-B, discovering fun new products to try!
